Not a great deal to brag about here. I know somebody has to lose, so I don't mind being a DEC donor. 
Kinda feel like I'm letting my cards down though, and I worry about being a millstone for my guild when the brawls launch.

Clearly I only use Zintar when I'm confident he'll win. I start every match by asking myself if I can justify using Llama, so I'm surprised his stats are so solid. I'm shoehorning him all over the place. Starting to dread Life quests. 
I know I should play the best team for each ruleset, and let the quest complete organically, but I figure over the longer term, forcing myself to use the quest splinter will improve my game. 
It's been two years, so clearly **long term** is a nebulous concept at this point.

Exploding Dwarf, Giant Roc, Elemental Phoenix, Fire Demon. These are some of my go-to's in fire and they all have terrible results here. 
I'm over reliant on speed, so if the opponent has the health/armour to survive the first wave, I just don't have the health, defence or healing, to hold the line. Need to set myself some homework and watch a few top level fire matchups. 
Hopefully the new **Stampede** ruleset will breathe new life into Exploding Dwarf and Giant Roc.

Plenty well below 50% here. I did spend a lot more time in Champion this season, so getting steam-rolled by high calibre opponents is kinda par for the course. Still hurts though.

I love this game. Life gets in the way sometimes, and that's okay. Balance in everything. Some seasons you're in the driver's seat; others you're handcuffed in the trunk.

I read about this new ruleset addition this morning and thought about the Giant Roc - I don't play my goldie enough but he does a fair job.  The dwarf I cannot get right at all, he's usually out first when I play him but has been used with devastating accuracy against me!

I completely agree about the quests.  I totally force myself to complete them because it gets me out of using the exact same decks/hands for every ruleset (splinter willing of course)... and obviously the quest rewards don't hurt.

Bummer you didn't get a single legendary this season... obviously they're rare on the ground these days...

The Llama looks nice and I also feel like getting one. Level 1 legendary monsters and summoners seem kind of overpowered and they do well in silver and gold. But I feel like I would be crushed if I had to use that same setup in champion.
