(PL/ENG) Poranna rowerowa przejażdżka / Morning bike ride
Witam, dziś wróciłem po rowery na BP. Wstałem o 5:00, dzięki Sandrze, a wyruszyliśmy o 6:00. Dystans pomiędzy moją wsią a stacją paliw, wynosi jakieś 6 kilometrów. Udało nam się tę trasę pokonać pieszo w jakąś godzinę. Po odebraniu rowerów uznaliśmy, że przejedziemy trasy, które ominęliśmy podczas naszych przejażdżek. Udało nam się zrobić dodatkowe 8 kilometrów rowerem. Odwiedziliśmy dwa jeziora, które często można zobaczyć w moich postach. Poranny trening sprawił, że przez cały dzień czułem się bardzo dobrze, ale jednego jestem pewien, muszę trochę odpocząć przed następną przejażdżką. Dziś udało mi się zrobić prawie 19 tysięcy kroków, uważam, że jest to świetny wynik.

We managed to do an additional 8 kilometers by bicycle. We visited two lakes, which you can often see in my posts. The morning workout made me feel very good all day, but one thing I am sure of, I need to rest a bit before the next ride. Today I managed to take almost 19,000 steps, I think this is a great result.
