How to change the Panel Layout style in Ubuntu MATE

Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LTS is a great open source operating system. This video shows you how to switch the panel layout menus. This allows you to customize the interface for the way that works best for you. Or just to change it because you can and you'd like to experiment with the different options.

You can see in the video that at one point the MATE Tweak tool didn't do what I expected it to. I show you how to work through that issue.
