 # Took the kiddies out and about today! First to Jordan valley Park here in Springfield, so they could play in the water... Quick picnic, and then into the water!  Then we find some leftover snow?... And had ourselves a snowball fight in the middle of June!  After that, we walked down to the square to catch @jessamynorchard play a great set at the greater Ozarks Pride Festival!  And we got our faces rocked off by our buddies Becca and Theresa in C-Rex. Look them up, clitoris rex is the full name, and I'm sure you can find them if you Google that.. they're great.  Then we all goofed around on the tumbler...  Which is this rad sculpture on the square, that they turn onto a different side every couple months, making a whole new sculpture! After that the girls went up front, and danced to Tom Goss (at least I think that was his name...) They absolutely loved him. The high point of my night was when he did this great song about loving bears (the big lovable gay type, not the big lovable hibernating Forrest creature type) and the kids ate it up. I don't think they knew it wasn't there Forest creature type he was singing about... And then there was a great drag show, which my girls also loved.  My daughter Harper said "Daddy, those ladies are fabulous, even though they're guys, I want to be as fabulous as them..." I told her there is always room on the Diva squad...
