Hello Hivers ππ,
Cassava flakes is one of the commonest and most consumed foodstuff here in Nigeria hits can be sourced and process within a short period of time but all you need to do is to go through some personal hygiene to make it a very successful food preparation. This is what I mean after you might have cultivate the land.....
# Steps On How To Growth Cassava π±π±.
These are the few steps you need to take in order to plants cassava which will eventually lead to cassava flakes in the nearest future. There are so many breeds of cassava which are called hybrid variety which way grow to maturity stage against six months of Planting. There are some other ways by which you can plant this cassava plant and also you can go through the process of transplanting so that you within a short period of time you have more access to it and also it will bring about good productivity at the end of the six months of planting.
* This is how to plant cassava Stem. The cassava stem is being planted with the node facing up. this will allow the cassava stem to grow and germinate by itself and within seven days you see your cassava stem bringing out a little shoot then the leaves start coming out gradually. Then after six months it starts to bring out the cassava itself through the root system. Which will later be harvested and peeled. Washed and grinded. Then after the processes into sacks and press it under the pulley machine to extract and reduce the water coming out from the cassava paste. Thereafter it starts to dry off gradually. By this time when the water is drained finally you leave it for 2 to 3 days and you finally jack it up. it will stay up to 24 hours or more depending on how big your cassava paste is at that point in time. After it undergo the Jack. You bring it out and you start to press it into smaller pieces and also it will pass through sieve method. To extract the cassava waste. And finally you fry it. It will stay on the fire fall 10 to 15 minutes while you turn it upside down, right to the left, up and down motion. at this point you noticed that it's becoming more dry then you pack it and that's all. Then finally it will become this grinded cassava flakes as it is shown below.
* This is a true cassava flakes source from the original source. From a very good and healthy cassava tuber.

* This was when the water was not yet fully hot but still on the fire.

* This was when I already transfer the water from the kettle into the clean pot and also added the cassava flakes to make a paste within a short period of time as shown below.

* This was when I turned it from left to the right and from the centre to all parts of the corner of the pot in order to make a very good taste without any seed.

After turning it several times this was how it looks. It looks so inviting yes yummy food.

* I also added some water to it in order to make it much softer.

* After the whole paste was made. This was how mine looks like. Very palatable and delicious.

* This was how the face of the cassava flakes paste looks like before I finally package it well.

---
* This is the final stage after I have made it to undergo the process of soaking. I turned it to the left and the right using the turning stick.

* This was all my own prepared cassava paste looks like which was derived from cassava flakes. It can be used in combination with soup like okra, Egusi soup, Ogbonlo soup, Jute soup, Oha soup and more.
