Nowadays it is highly recommended for individuals to always consume so many things that is very nutritious to the body system no matter how busy your schedule is you need to cultivate the habit of eating Good Food in combination with green vegetable. Where in Africa will believe that for those who actually work with a lot of strength you need to always consume carbohydrate which will later convert into the energy for working. you can also come by your carbohydrate with this type of green vegetable which is also called **the Jute vegetable.**. This type of green vegetable has a lot of good advantage with a lot of experimental trials which I have personally done on this green vegetable. take for instance when my wife was pregnant and she was about to deliver before our delivery date she was asked to consume more of this vegetable soup. And when I asked the reason why it was said that it aids is the passage of childbirth. But this do not apply to those who will go through surgery before they give birth.
To plant this type of green vegetable you need a very good hybrid seeds. These are not too common types of seed because even nowadays the Agro-Shops will tell you that this type of seed is very reliable and also it is from Hybrid source, meanwhile this is just a mere fake talk, they want to sell what they have in stock. But I don't know her willingly to buy a very good hybrid seed you need to relax and save-a-lot of way for the farm activity.
* They are very succulent only when they are cooked for 10 to 15 minutes. Thereafter you add some other ingredients to make it look so much delicious. for those of us who do not know how to prepare it I'm going to do this and show some step to step very soon.
* Sometimes when you have a very good and healthy stands it will promote what exactly you are selling. When you do the Necessities for the green vegetables it will start to grow greenish and as well as growing up more fresh leaves.

* For this type of green vegetables it is highly recommended to go on manual weeding, use of cutlass and hoes. this will allow to improve the crops by adding soil around the planted crop.
