<div class="text-justify"><p><div class="pull-left">Una de los bocadillos que me solía preparar mi madre en mi niñez, eran estas empanadas de harina de trigo rellenas de dulce de plátano, es un platillo delicioso y aparte son ingredientes que siempre tenemos a la mano.</div></p></div>

| Azúcar 3 cucharadas | Sugar 4 tablespoons |
| Clavos de olor | Cloves |

<div class="text-justify"><p><div class="pull-left">El primer paso es preparar el relleno de las empanadas y para ello se pica el plátano en rodajas finas y se hierve. Luego se le agregan las tres cucharadas de azúcar y los clavos de olor, se revuelve la mezcla hasta que tome un color dorado y se vuelva espesa. Después retirar del fuego.</div></p></div>

En seguida, se comienza a mezclas todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa suave y flexible.</div></p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p><div class="pull-left">El próximo paso es preparar las empanadas y para ello, se agarra una pequeña cantidad de masa y en un superficie plana se estira y con ayuda de las manos se realiza una forma circular, se le agrega el relleno para luego cerrarlas y sellarlas con ayuda de un tenedor.</div></p></div>
