Estamos en tiempos extremadamente acelerados. La mayoría de las personas vive en un afán por alcanzar metas materiales, y no digo con esto que sea negativo tener comodidades, negativo es, que en el camino a alcanzarlas, no nos molestamos en voltear a los lados y observar qué nos rodea. Pareciese que lleváramos puestas, unas [gríngolas](https://muchaspalabras.com/definicion/gr%C3%ADngola).
*`Miramos sin observar, oímos sin escuchar, hablamos sin sentir.`*
Y se llega ese momento, en que cuestionamos nuestra existencia. Sentimos que nada más, no vinimos a esto, o a aquello. *Y nuestro espíritu comienza a buscar esa conexión.* *`El despertar de la conciencia.`* Y esa conexión no está dentro de un libro, o en un programa de TV, o en el móvil. Esa conexión está dentro de nosotros mismos. De hecho, siempre ha estado ahí. Y una vez que aprendemos a identificarla, que la conocemos y la escuchamos, somos invadidos por una *`paz y un amor únicos.`*

Yo soy fiel creyente en *`Dios,`* aunque, *no soy religiosa*. *`Creo que es una energía divina que sobrepasa todo límite, que está siempre a mi lado, y también dentro de mí.`* Es mi guía, quien me abre las puertas a ese mundo. *`Así yo siento mi espiritualidad.`*
> I am a faithful believer in *`God,`* although, *I am not religious.* *`I believe that it is a divine energy that surpasses all limits, that is always at my side, and also within me.`* He is my guide, who opens the doors to that world. *`That is how I feel my spirituality.`*

Tengo varios métodos para *`conectarme con mi chispa divina:`*
* *`Meditando con tranquilidad, sin distracciones externas, y sin palabras.`* Recibo las respuestas que busco. Simplemente llegan a mi mente, y me dan paz. Ya eso es señal suficiente, para saber el camino que debo tomar.
* *`Converso con Dios.`* Casi siempre esto lo hago por las noches en mi habitación, cuando se, que no voy a ser interrumpida. Luego viene un momento de meditación y es ahí donde todo comienzo a verlo con claridad. Cuando siento que mi meditación me lleva a un estado de relajación tal, que me da sueño, le digo que me revele la respuesta en ellos.
* *`Salgo a caminar.`* Observo con atención y detenimiento, las cosas que hay por todos lados, la naturaleza y los animales que hay alrededor, aunque no sea mucho, las personas, el cielo, todo. *`Siempre le pido a Dios, que me permita ver las cosas, con los mismos ojos con que Él las ve.`* Y es divertido, porque las sonrisas comienzan a escapar.
* *`Escucho música.`* Buenísimo esto. Aprecio el sonido de todos los instrumentos, *`siendo el violín mi favorito. Amo, cuando en una buena canción incorporan un violín.`*

> * *`By meditating quietly, without outside distractions, and without words.`* I receive the answers I seek. They simply come to my mind, and give me peace. Already that is sign enough, to know the path I must take.
> * *`Converse with God.`* I almost always do this at night in my room, when I know I will not be interrupted. Then comes a moment of meditation and that is when I begin to see everything clearly. When I feel that my meditation brings me to such a state of relaxation that I become sleepy, I tell Him to reveal the answer to me in them.
> * *`I go for a walk.`* I observe carefully and attentively, the things that are everywhere, the nature and the animals that are around, even if it's not much, the people, the sky, everything. *`I always ask God to let me see things with the same eyes He sees them with.`* And it's funny, because the smiles start to escape.
> * *`I listen to music.`* Great stuff. I appreciate the sound of all instruments, *`with the violin being my favorite. I love, when a violin is incorporated into a good song.`*

Y no siempre, los encuentros con mi espiritualidad son necesariamente para obtener respuestas, guía o ayuda. A veces, simplemente los tengo para *sentirme relajada, o para conseguir equilibrio.*
> And not always, encounters with my spirituality are necessarily for answers, guidance or help. Sometimes, I simply have them to *feel relaxed, or to achieve balance.*

Sin embargo, *`reconozco que aún me falta un largo camino por recorrer en mi mundo espiritual.`* En estos tiempos tan confusos e inestables, a veces gana mi humanidad, por sobre mi espiritualidad. Y me invaden el conformismo y la tristeza. *`Para remediarlo, hago el esfuerzo de volver a tomar el rumbo de mi vida, de forma consciente.`* Y es una lucha, constante, en la que se debe rescatar el espíritu, y motivarse por la fe, de que aunque no se puede ver, hay que creer, y tener la seguridad absoluta, de que lo vamos a sentir.
*`El camino de la espiritualidad, nos exige una verdadera transformación. Y esa transformación substancial nos garantiza una vida más completa, feliz, sana, armoniosa y llena de paz.`*
*`La espiritualidad no le pertenece a ninguna religión en este mundo, ni fuera de él. La espiritualidad, es inherente al ser humano. Y una vez que entendamos esto, recuperaremos nuestro centro, y comenzaremos a llenar ese espacio vacío. Y solo a partir de ese momento, comenzaremos a vivir una verdadera espiritualidad.`*
> However, *`I recognize that I still have a long way to go in my spiritual world.`* In these confusing and unstable times, sometimes my humanity wins over my spirituality. And I am invaded by conformism and sadness. *`To remedy this, I make the effort to consciously retake the direction of my life.`* And it is a constant struggle, in which the spirit must be rescued and motivated by faith, that although it cannot be seen, we must believe and be absolutely sure that we will feel it.
> *`The path of spirituality demands a true transformation. And that substantial transformation guarantees us a more complete, happy, healthy, harmonious and peaceful life.`*
> *`Spirituality does not belong to any religion in this world, nor outside of it. Spirituality is inherent to the human being. And once we understand this, we will recover our center, and we will begin to fill that empty space. And only from that moment on, we will begin to live a true spirituality.`*
