 Nunca lo había sentido, mi conciencia me acechaba, mi cuerpo sudoroso y frío, mi mente, recorría cada instante de mi vida, no sabía lo que sucedía.

 Era una sensación inédita, quería descansar, dormir, pero no lo conseguía, estaba perplejo e inmóvil, mi cuerpo no reaccionaba. 

De pronto, una brisa fría recorrió la habitación, y trajo consigo una sensación de paz, de relajación, todo estaba pasando, me sentía un poco mejor.

I had never felt it before, my conscience stalked me, my body sweaty and cold, my mind, I went through every instant of my life, I didn't know what was happening. 

It was an unprecedented sensation, I wanted to rest, to sleep, but I couldn't, I was perplexed and immobile, my body didn't react. 

Suddenly, a cold breeze blew through the room, and brought with it a sense of peace, of relaxation, everything was passing, I felt a little better.

Al estar más tranquilo, me levanté, fui al baño a lavarme el rostro, entré y al verme en el espejo, no estaba mi reflejo, solo había una sombra, gris, oscura y profunda, la brisa fría se convirtió, en vendaval ensordecedor. 


Era la muerte, estaba junto a mí, tomó mi hombro y me susurro, libérate, ya no estás aquí, estas conmigo, eres libre, eres espíritu, eres alma, en ese momento entendí que había muerto.

 Hoy, siendo espíritu, entiendo que la muerte es liberadora, y que sólo el alma vivirá por siempre.

 When I was calmer, I got up, I went to the bathroom to wash my face, I went in and when I saw myself in the mirror, my reflection was gone, there was only a shadow, grey, dark and deep, the cold breeze turned into a deafening gale.

 It was death, it was next to me, it took my shoulder and whispered to me, free yourself, you are no longer here, you are with me, you are free, you are spirit, you are soul, at that moment I understood that I had died. 

Today, being spirit, I understand that death is liberating, and that only the soul will live forever.
