Saludos mis queridos hivers, ayer mi esposo me sorprendió, con una gigantesca calabaza que trajo a la casa, las había visto grandes pero esta supero todas las anteriores, enseguida la tomé para hacer una rica crema con ella porqué que a todos nos encanta y especialmente a mi esposo.

> Greetings my dear hivers, yesterday my husband surprised me, with a gigantic pumpkin that he brought to the house, he had seen them large but this one surpassed all the previous ones, I immediately took it to make a rich cream with it, because we all love it and especially my husband.

Preparar esta crema fue muy sencillo y rápido, sólo la lave y piqué en trozos, luego la puse a coser con unas ramas de cilantro y ajoporro en medio litro de agua, sal y ajó al gustó.

Mientras estaba suave, lo dejé repostar por unos minutos y procedí a licuarlo hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa y espesa, finalmente lo serví con un poco de queso y cilantro para decorar y probar!
