 During this Ramadan, many traditional cakes that rarely appear are now popping up to increase the variety of breaking the fast menus and compete with other traders. And today I crave traditional food that is slightly sweet and feels cold in the stomach without hurting my throat like eating fried foods. --- --- And this time my choice is to buy traditional food that is quite tasty and doesn't hurt the stomach. The name of the food is Naga sari and ongol-ongol cake. Naga sari cake is a cake that comes from rice flour and is mixed with coconut milk after that it is cooked until it is very cooked so that the flour mixture no longer clumps in the spoon. Then the dough is wrapped in banana leaves and in the middle of the dough is given a piece of banana so that the taste of the resulting cake is sweeter and fresher. Although I don't know why this very sweet-tasting and soft-textured cake has a slightly sinister name, Naga sari cake. I don't know. I can't explain in words. What is clear is that it tastes very good and filling.   --- --- Actually I want to make this cake but because when making this cake dough you have to always stir it so it doesn't burn so buying it is a wise, effective and efficient alternative...he..he... but maybe there will be time for me to share the recipe with you guys. how to make this cake yach. And there is another ongol-ongol cake that I bought, the name of the cake is quite strange. Although strange, this cake is very popular especially the elderly. This cake is made from sago flour and added brown sugar and coated with grated coconut. It's savory and not too sweet. This cake is highly recommended for those of you who have stomach ulcers. Or very suitable when consumed in this fasting month. The texture of this cake resembles a slightly chewy jelly. When you enter the mouth, this cake melts immediately and is very good for the stomach. As soon as you eat this cake your stomach is cold. And not bloated anymore.       --- --- Satisfied with the sweet food earlier, I will switch to spicy food, namely dumplings a la binjai. Siomay here is a mixture of meatballs added with empty white tofu which if you cut it in half you will also see the meatball mixture in it, plus one egg. All the ingredients are then flushed with peanut sauce added with chili sauce. And additional seasoning. There are no additional vegetables such as cabbage and bitter melon here.         --- --- All the snacks that I bought earlier cost Rp. 5,000. So are you interested in tasting it?
