Hola mis amores espero que se encuentren muy bien y tengan un excelente día, hoy quisiera compartir con ustedes lo que fue la preparación de unas ricas y deliciosas croquetas de cangrejo hechas en casa por una de mis cuñadas así que les medio contaré el paso a paso por si quieren animarse a prepararlo y disfrutar.

Para ello vamos a necesitar una serie de ingredientes que les dejaré a continuación:

### Ingredientes: 

- Pulpa de Cangrejo 🦀
- Harina de maíz 🌽
- Agua Potable
- Aliños varios 🌶️🧅🫑🧄
- Aceite vegetal
- Sal 🧂

Lo primero que deben hacer es comprar la pulpa de cangrejo, nosotros la compramos listas, solo de lavar un poco, hervir y cocinar al gusto.

Una vez que la cocinen o hiervan a su gusto la dejan reposar para luego combinarla junto con masa de harina de maíz y unos aliños picados en trozos bien pequeños y hacen bolitas del tamaño de su preferencia.

Ponen un sartén a calentar con aceite y cuando éste se caliente muy bien comenzamos a freír las croquetas, dejamos dorar muy bien por todos lados y luego retirar del aceite, dejamos escurrir muy bien y luego lo pueden degustar con lo que ustedes deseen, en nuestro caso lo disfrutamos con una salsa tartara que quedó espectacular 😋😋😋👏👏👏.

Wuaoo, recuerdo cuando era pequeña tomaba sopa de cangrejo en la playa pero hace mucho que no como más cangrejo jajaja. De hecho no sabía que vendían pulpa. Parecen buñuelitos pero se ven ricos. Gracias por compartir

Si bella la venden así como se ve en la foto, o bueno así los compre directo y solo había que limpiarlos mas por si acaso pero bien rico que queda, yo del cangrejo en si lo que comía era la tenaza jejejeje porque lo demás no me gustaba mucho y lo probé fue en un pueblo por Falcón y luego en las paellas.

Que delicia, me encanta la carne de cangrejo, sabe a gloria, como a langosta. Un dip de queso sería ideal para acompañar a estas croquetas. Antes en los supermercados podía ver en venta los palitos de cangrejo, hace poco los busqué y nada, creo que se han extinguido, es una lástima, quería preparar una receta.
