Hola mis amores muy buenos días para todos, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rica receta de albóndigas hechas en casa, parar
ello vamos a necesitar los siguientes ingredientes:

- Carne molida 
- 1 huevo
- Aliños (pimentón, cebolla, ají)
- Ralladura de pan
- Tomate
- Cebolla
- Pasta de Tomate o salsa para carnes
- Cilantro
- Ajos
- Sal

Lo primero que debemos hacer es aliñar nuestra carne y agregar sal al gusto, y dejamos reposar unos 10 o 51 minutos.

Luego comenzamos a hacer nuestras albóndigas al tamaño de su preferencia.

En ese mismo sartén tomaremos nuestros tomates picados en cuadros o licuados y lo pondremos a cocinar, le agregamos la cebolla y por último le añadimos el cilantro y revolvemos todo.

Le agregamos un poco de nuestra pasta de tomate y revolvemos todo y dejamos hervir.
