A Simple But Delicious Breakfast! 🍞🥓🍳

##### Hi Guys! I had a long time without sharing some food with you. My kitchen area is a mess because we are doing a small remodel to the kitchen. We bought the apartment where we live two years ago and it was time to make some changes so we started with the kitchen. I don't have the comfort to make very elaborate meals, everything I prepare is simple and fast. 

##### Today I am not going to share a recipe with you, I just wanted to share my breakfast, I had days when we only had bread and coffee with milk or some cereal for breakfast, so I took a little more time and prepared this delicious breakfast with bread, avocado and boiled egg, and of course with the special breakfast companion that is coffee with milk.

##### Hi Chicos! tenía mucho tiempo sin compartir algo de comida con uds. Mi area de cocina esta hecha un desastre pues estamos haciendo una pequeña remodelación a la cocina. Hace dos años que compramos el apartamento donde vivimos y ya era hora de hacerle algún cambio así que empezamos por la cocina. No tengo la comodidad para hacer comidas muy elaboradas, todo lo que preparo es simple y rápido. 

##### Hoy no voy a compartirles una receta, solo quería compartir mi desayuno, tenía días que solo desayunábamos pan con cafe con leche o algo de cereal, así que me tomé un poco más de tiempo y prepare este rico desayuno con pan, aguacate y huevo hervido, y por supuesto con el acompañante especial de los desayunos que es el café con leche.

Oh yeah, I eat this every second day my friend.
We also moved in here 1 year ago and are now going to plant two olive trees and one avocado tree.  Our organic garden is also doing very well.

Hi friend, nice to know that soon you will have avocados in your garden, since I moved to Mexico I have been able to enjoy eating avocado almost every day, if I ever leave this country I think that is what I will miss the most!
