My account hacked, keys changed, funds transferred and power down issued. (Account Recovered Successfully)

My account was hacked a few hours ago by @one-manul. All of my funds were moved, keys were changed, and a power down was initiated. Thank you to everyone who helped me retrieve my account, particularly @anaman. I discovered this when a post I was ready to share failed to load. After additional investigation, I discovered that my hive account had been compromised. This seems to have happened through the hive keychain extension in my web browser, which contained the majority of my hive keys.

It is, nonetheless, a good idea for everyone to create a recovery account in order to retrieve a stolen account. Without a recovery account, I would have lost all I had constructed on the hive blockchain. A further investigation revealed that @one-manul had hacked several accounts on the hive ecosystem and stolen a large amount of money from victims. It's a pity that such things happen on the blockchain every day.

Many individuals have complained about hacking and phishing operations on the blockchain throughout the years. Going through the process is quite humiliating. We anticipate very significant improvements in the next year to address all of these illicit operations on the hive ecosystem.

Given how difficult it is to cope with some of these issues, it is critical that we all exercise caution while using our keys. Other dApps and extensions are also expected to be used carefully. I am delighted to get my account restored, but losing my monies to an unknown account is a huge letdown.
