Cryptocurrency has changed the notion of money and ways of transfers.
The potential of reshaping businesses and personal finance is something that's beginning to get clear with each new day that's passing by. From my recent experience in Ghana, lately with @missbitcoin-sv, I practically observed how many positive changes crypto introduces day by day in everyday life, mainly in the spendHBD initiative.

One of the striking encounters was with a young gentleman who ran a building materials business. The moment we introduced him to the concept that he could receive payments in HBD, Hive's stablecoin, he became very excited. It wasn't about creating another option as it were for making payments, but more about creating less friction in his life and those of his customers.

He saw an opportunity to onboarding his clients to the Hive blockchain so that they could easily pay for goods with crypto. We managed to buy tiles from him for the construction of the 17th Hive borehole in Ghana.

The spendHBD system is a seamless, effective, and futuristic one, though it has a lot of potential for scores of business entities around the world. It includes much-desired features, such as on-the-spot discounts on purchases on the customer side, which you can claim through distraitor, without wasting time. A convenience like that is just what not only enhances the buying experience but also nurtures trust and loyalty between the business and its customers.

We continue working on bringing more businesses onto this system. The benefits are obvious. quicker payments, no transaction fees, and value addition in crypto's inherent transparency and security. In Ghana, we have witnessed how that is able to make life in some day-to-day transactions easier, and we are most definitely committed to helping other businesses have these advantages.
