 If there is one insightful event that has the potential to transform people's lives, it is one that teaches them about the actual nature of Web 3. Events that introduce people to the blockchain are useful and well worth the expense. Over the years, I've personally witnessed the transforming influence of these tech gatherings. Organising events that educate and encourage people about how to properly use Web3 is essential. These conferences are more than just meetings. They provide opportunities for information sharing, networking, and personal development. It's fantastic to see such gatherings spread over the world, providing numerous possibilities for learning and engagement.  These tech-related gatherings have a significant influence on Ghanaian youth. They provide an excellent chance for young people to network and develop their perspectives. The ties and connections formed at these conferences bring individuals together and enable them to use their God-given talents. I've seen directly how these encounters can inspire creativity and invention. I am quite pleased with the different tech meetings I've participated in, where I've learned more about Web3 and blockchain technologies. These encounters have been eye-opening, showcasing blockchain's enormous potential to transform all aspects of our lives. Whether it's networking with industry professionals, taking part in hands-on workshops, or just engaging in interesting talks, each event has brought a new layer to my understanding and admiration for blockchain.  The future of Web3 is bright, and as more individuals collaborate to share their views and knowledge, we should expect even greater breakthroughs. It's inspirational to be part of a community that values innovation and is committed to using technology to benefit society. I invite everyone continue to invest in these inspiring events and embrace the limitless potential that Web3 and blockchain have to offer.

I think that similar meetings and conferences will be very useful, especially for our new generation of young people, about the advancement potential of technology and how to share information more easily and practically over the network. The use of Web 3 will be safer and more progressive when the best usage tools of Web3, such as blockchain games, privacy and digital infrastructure, and decentralized finance, reach a technology that automatically determines the rules and the operating system without the need for human intervention.
