【反省】やっぱり休日は重要

今日は、食べたかったカレーを食べられました。(´・ω・｀)ｖ　もう全快です。

もう春ですね、

昨日は、１・２年前にはりきって一式揃えたのに挫折したランニングウェアを着て、

お外を歩いてきました。ﾃｸﾃｸ...... .... .. .

ランニングウェアは、今まで来ていたコートやマフラーなどの装備に比べて、ものすごく軽くて身体の動きを妨げないので、まさに春気分♪

今日は、仮想通貨チャートなど見ずに、一日気ままにyoutubeを観たり、引越しシーズンなのでいっぱいでている間取りを見たりして、精神的に負荷がかからないように過ごしてました。

ちゃんとリラックスしたところから振り返ると、なんとなく、胃腸炎になる一週間ぐらい前から精神状態がよくなかったかもしれないと反省しました。

人生色々焦りガチですが、精神をゆるめる時間はやはり大切ですね。。。

また明日から、月曜日です。

毎年、休みをもらうのに綱渡りです。
今年は、かなり無理ぽいです。
