A recent study has shown that the ability of the brain to remain firm in spite of age increases. There is no need to do anything special for this. It is possible only by doing physical exercises only once a day. USA's first research center, the University of John Hopkins, runs the study. Studies have shown that it is possible to prevent adult brain deterioration due to physical exercise. The production of an enzyme named SITTTHRI increases in brain due to body irritation. The research is conducted on experimental mice. Mark Matson was led by the research. However, it is found that high levels of enzymes are not produced during the period of stress. However, due to physical effort to run on the wheel, the stagnation erupted and the production of enzymes started. Matson said, "Running Wheel practice naturally increases the enzymes of neurons in the syringe and reduces stress and prevents brain degradation." The results of the study are published in a journal called 'Cell Metabolism'.
