White Chocolate and Walnut Blondie Slices

## White chocolate! It's got the ba ba boom!

Today I feel like a sweet thing, no not you silly! Something sweet to eat! My daughter is like as shark in a feeding frenzy with these white chocolate and walnut slices. Heck I am too, so the game is on!


## *You will need*
http://i.imgur.com/nihr8SC.jpg
175 grams of self raising flour
175 grams of light muscovado sugar
150 grams of walnuts
400 grams of white chocolate pieces
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3 normal sized eggs
75 grams of unsalted butter


## *To make*
Bung your butter and 100 grams of your white chocolate chips in a mixing bowl and melt over some hot water.

And melted

Put your muscovado sugar in another bowl and crack your eggs in

Now whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth and frothy

Gradually whisk the melted chocolate and butter into your sugary egg mix

Blitz up your walnuts

Sift your flour into the sugary egg mix

Now add your remaining chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla essence to the sugary egg and flour mix and stir it all in

Phwoar! Line a tray with baking paper, mine is about 12 inches by 8 and slop your sweet sludge in

Now heat an oven to 180 degrees and when ready bang your tray in and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until it is golden brown and risen

Let it cool and then slice into about eighteen squares by halving then dividing into 9 each side
