Bitcoin trading heats up as Valkyrie Digital assets registers to start trading

The world of Digital currency is heating up with more and more players lining up to register their businesses to trade in cryptocurrancy. 

The latest to join online digital trading is Valkyrie Digital assets. However, unlike registered exchanges this ones a little different. It will list itself on the New York Stock exchange similar to other shares and people will buy into the fund rather than own Bitcoin. 

Scepticism has arisen with a previous organisation attempting a similar venture in December 2020 only to be rejected by the SEC. The SEC currently sees Bitcoin as too volitial and not liquid enough to commence trading.

However,the SEC is currently open to ways of trading Bitcoin and continues to loosen it's hold on striking cryptocurrancy out of trading. 

What are you thoughts? Is this a good model or would you prefer your own exchange to purchase through.
