 Life can be so hard at times and with parenting made even harder, most of us are just trying to make it through life and make ends meet. Doing that while raising kids compounds the stress and adds additional problems. Working from home I am fortunate, especially when so many people are not able to do so and I thank my lucky stars everyday for that ability. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for the ability to work from home. Although my days are hard and at times extremely stressful when trying to attend to young ones. Lil Miss would like to play more often and I try to smile and sometimes I scald her for interrupting important meetings. I feel bad for doing so, she doesn't know and she is board. This week she climbed onto the back of my chair while I was in a conference giving a talk, I didn't scald her I just started laughing as did everyone else. She began to belt out a rendition if Frozen, let it go.  Little bloke is beginning to explore more and picking up some pretty cool new skills and needs. He constantly battles his sister to be the centre of attention, I do believe that it has been harder on little miss more than little bloke as prior to his arrival she was the centre of attention and now we need to support little bloke alot, which lil miss loves doing but she often feels left out and alone. Then I'll spend time with her and lil bloke who isn't walking yet but bum shuffles and manages to get onto his walker will zip around the house to get to us and want in on the action. All this, while I try to get some work done! Oh my.  Don't even get me started on Bella! She's the biggest kid of all, almost 8 years old and wants in on everything and loves to tail the kids around knowing they will drop their food. She's quick to eat it up and ever ready to get in on any fun we're having. If we're wrestling Bella is jumping on me trying to take me down or push me over! Never far away from us and always watching so she doesn't miss out on anything. She's been the perfect Furbaby and big sister to both lil ones.  Mum was in a community forum the other night and I had my own forum with all three. A tutorial on how to make curried sausage which no one really ate because trying to get kids to eat is like trying to paint the monalisa again. Just can't happen, oh but don't eat their food otherwise they will crack it. Needs to go into the fridge and sit there before being thrown out. That old saying of kids starving somewhere across the other side of the world doesn't work on kids either, guess I should have known. It never worked on me as a kid. But all of these moments are quite refreshing, they are memories we will hold onto forever, a time of hardship but a time of unity and support.
