Dang,she didn't make it back from the glitch. I knew we should not have jumped through that hoop. It was so odd, one moment all is there and well, then poof all the images disappeared. We stumbled around blindly, then we saw the way out, I made it out alive, poor Beatrice, she was captured. I know she was captured. He always left his mark when he took someone. **Cats Paw** struck again.

_So the people in my story are @melinda010100 - Mel, @brittandjosie - BnJ and let’s call the cockatiel as Birdie._

Birdie has a gut feeling that BnJ would try to take more pictures of Birdie.

BnJ hadn’t paid Birdie for the last photo shoot yet, so Birdie was upset and hence avoiding BnJ.
Birdie finds the perfect hiding spot near the bird mannequin and pretend to be one.

“Now she will never find me .... Muhahahahaha (evil laugh)”, laughs Birdie.

BnJ easily spots Birdie sneaks up on Birdie to take pictures.

“But How did you find me BnJ? I used my 007 skills to hide?”, asks Birdie shocked.
Before Birdie could finish BnJ captures the first picture.

“Birdie don’t be like that ... I have to take these pictures and send them to Mel before the deadline... please pose for a few more pictures... I’ll write you a cheque as soon as I send these to Mel ...”, requested BnJ.

“Yeah ... Ok ... Whatever... Wait there is no way I’m going to a bank to encash a cheque, just wire it to my account.”, says Birdie.

“Deal. Now ... Look Cute” says BnJ as she captures the second picture while Birdie strikes a pose.

“Oh I forgot to mention the results of the winners who commented on your last photo shoot is out. All the members of the Feathered Friends Community think you are super awesome, cute and fun”, said BnJ.

“Is that so ... guess It’s fine to pose for the people of that community.”, replied Birdie blushing and striking a cuter pose.

BnJ clicked the third picture and rushed over to her laptop.

There are actually a lot of birds and animals in geenral in nature that do get rolling drunk from eating, rotting fruit that ferments as it rots- which makes them drunk, so you shouldn't have to search too far.

It might be harder to find one that will actually model for the price of a drink though.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

They can be a bit more demanding that that and want more pay!

My story is a joke which I saw it happened.

Some years ago, a man went to the shopping mall to buy clothes.
As he entered the section which he felt like *'yeah, they have my size'*, he saw dolls cueing.
He didn't bothered to check their faces. He just cued, waiting for them to move.
Well, a doll will not move until someone makes it to do so.
This man stood there until I finished shopping, just like the feathered friend.
Well, as a caring citizen, I went and prized the doll's clothing, just to show him that they weren't humans.

Few hours later, the bird was positioned next to the craft bird. "Hey! Buddy, what's up there"?. Still the little crafted bird remained indifferent. 

"What could be wrong" the bird thought, looking at the wood he rested on and observing the bird and the wood has same colour. 

"Let me look deeper into the stool wood" the bird said, then bend , searching and observing the wood thoroughly.

# OLLIE TAKES A VACATION

"Hi Ollie, just dropped over to see how your vacation went. Bet you have lots of photos to show off," Bruno chirped, not really interested, but wanted to see what was up since Owner left him behind this trip.

"Boy was it quiet around here without our antics. Wasn't the same not having two loudmouths in the room.

Oh, by the way, Jimmy came down with a terrible case of Heartworm. Sorry to tell you Owner had to put him to sleep. Gonna miss Jimmy always trying to get at us, hehehe.

Well, we won't have to worry about him any longer. Owner was kind of sad though to lose his hunting buddy. Hasn't talked too much since it happened. I felt so bad, I said a prayer for both of them.

Why are you sitting on top of that pole instead of over here? It can't be comfortable on your feet," Bruno blurted out rapidly.

"Ollie! what's wrong, Bruno implored? Why you're not talking buddy? Did you not have a good time, or eat something that didn't agree with you? You know sometimes you tend to overeat and seek out the wrong snacks."

Not one to really listen to what others had to say, Bruno hurriedly continued. "Owner was acting a bit strange last couple weeks, sort of distracted and distance. But that's all in the past. Can't wait to see your vacation photos. I'm ready for some happy thoughts for a change."

Still quiet with his face turned towards the wall, Ollie didn't engage in the conversation.

Suddenly, Bruno felt a strange sensation that guided his head lower towards the bowl.

OMG, Ollie. It can't be true! It just can't! Tell me it's not so!

BUT IT WAS. For there inside the bowl was the receipt confirming Ollie's fate.

"The stuffer's got Ollie, Bruno chirped loudly as he turned several times, lamenting in his own special way when attempting to get Owner's attention.

Ollie, still quiet confirmed Bruno's worst fears.

"Oh, Ollie, I'm so sorry for everything I've ever said to hurt your feelings, to make you seem less important to the family, for wishing Jimmy could make me an only FEATHERED FRIEND of the family," Bruno finally ended after exhausting himself and about to fall from the bowl.

Oh, Ollie. I'll never forgive myself for all the ill will I've wished upon you. Why didn't you tell you you were feeling bad? I'm truly sorry this happened to you. In that instance, Bruno actually convinced himself he didn't remember.

I promise you I'm going to change, Ollie. I truly am. I'm going to be a better person, friend, confidant. Just you wait and see."

"Oh, hi Owner. Did you have a good day today. I'd like to hear all about it," Bruno said in a low voice.

So Cocky thinks that it might be a male that's ignoring his overtures!

"Uh uh" he bends down to pick at an imaginary seed to peep if it is a he or a she hahaha.

There once was a bird whose reputation was known through out the world for his stunning beauty.  He would go to and fro for all to see him and admire him, this gorgeous bird was only beautiful on the outside for he was mean to all who came to see him.  He would make others feel bad about themselves by his mean little chirps, they could never measure up to *his* beauty.

Now one day a very special bird showed up at his appearance, she wasn't beautiful or even anything look at really.  But there was something so wonderful about her that all the birds who came to admire his beauty were all chirping about her.  He was so upset by this he just flew off with out one bad chirp about anyone.  When he landed again at his next appearance, all the birds gathered around him to give their love and acclimations to him.  Out of no where there she was that most wonderful special bird, all the other birds began admiring her.  This made him so angry he let out the ugliest meanest chirp ever!  

As he was spewing out this hate, the special and wonderful bird waved her wing and spoke so softly that only he could hear.  She spoke love into his heart and peace to him, she gave him humility for pride.  He learned that day that beauty comes from the soul not from looks.  He bowed to her greatness as she turned into a statue for all to remember that day.
