this post brings back mant memories from years ago. we had a small sledding hill in our neighborhood that was very popular but for a real big hill we very occasionally got a chance to go to the next town. there was a great hill especially for toboggans. rough on the tailbone but great fun.
here in norway small kids enjoy sledding but it is far more popular to go skiing

Nice photos! I really like the first and third, where you can see the flakes coming down and get a nice winter feel. 

Sledding used to be so much fun. I had to give up downhill skiing about ten years ago because of my eyesight, but used to love that, too.

Did you end up getting much snow? We got a whole 1/2 inch, here.

Snow is fun .... I was get it last two days also lot .... now I wait when sun back and I can make cool winter photos :))

What beautiful photographs you give us to know.
I have never gotten on a sled, in the city where I live, it has never snowed, I have to travel to Ushuaia where my son lives to experience this sensation.
I appreciate that you showed us these beautiful and funny images

This weekend was very cold in my country. Nothing compared to the winter in the photos. They are very nice and the people are having fun.

Wowzer!! That's a lot of snow!!

I have not even touched or seen real snow - it is on my bucket list for sure :D

Lots of snow @melinda010100 beautiful. And a lot of snow clearing for people with sidewalks. Do they need to clear it everyday? Or have a certain amount of time for it? 

I can imagine it will be lots of fun for people going down the hill on their sleds. 🛷 🛷 fun fun fun 😁

Oh yes, I have gone sledding many times. In the early days on a large sheet of cardboard and in our teens it was 5 of us going down in an old car hood that was turned over. Every huge bump we would lose someone going overboard at speed and even the skinned skins didn't stop our sledding adventures.

Oh I forget, it wasn't on snow as it was on sand. Mine dump sand that was built up into very high dunes.
