My hands in all the cookie jars - Jumping into the Openmic as a fulltime Judge

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I've been a little all over the place lately, I guess from the title it sounds as if I've been misbehaving, but I promise that is not the case. It's just an expression that seems to fit for the moment being.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The truth is that is not easy for me to sit still, there are so many things to do on Steem, so many amazing projects, amazing ideas, that I feel like if I'm not actively doing something, I'm missing out. My head has been brainstorming some new things lately, among them a way to get more veteran Steemians Involved with @helpie. 

<h1>What is @helpie, you ask? </h1>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This project actually started in my mind a few months ago already, my girl and I sat down maybe sipping some wine or beer and brainstormed something we could do to bring a little more value to the platform. I've said plenty of times that the one thing that can really help with user retention is user education, so somehow I knew this was the direction we needed to take.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm not trying to sound negative or condescending. It's just not a simple system, but it's also not too much fun to learn about Steem, to learn about cryptos and manage to do so quickly enough as to not get completely unmotivated to continue. 

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;So far the project is doing absolutely great, and with the support of great witnesses like the friendly @gmuxx and the altruistic @ausbitbank the project got its legs so fast, I feel like pinching myself almost daily.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are a long time reader of this blog, you might already be part of @helpie and know that I'm super happy to have you be part of this idea. If you are not, consider joining <a href="https://discord.gg/vA9knk9">MSP/PAL</a> on Discord.  We want to make sure the best kind of people get the support they need to learn and succeed, and the team and I are constantly looking for new minnows to sponsor.

<h1>  What about the other Cookie Jars?</h1>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Some of you might know I've been an active member of the #openmic family for a while. As part of the family we ran a very successful and fun contest dubbed the <b>Songwriters Challenge</b>. We are planning to bring this back of course and do a Season 2 soon enough, but starting today I will throw in my hat with the main OpenMic Weekly contest.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In other words, I'm officially a judge of the #openmic . To say I'm excited is to put it lightly, to say im grateful is to try to describe an ocean using a cup of water. I'm ecstatic, excited and pumped up!  The #openmic is not only my favorite contest on this blockchain and has been since I found it. But it's also a place where I have met and network with some of the best human beings I've ever had the pleasure to interact with.

<h1> The Songwriter Shop Talk Show on MSP Waves is doing Great</h1>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;With two fun and amazing episodes recorded and uploaded, the experience so far has been amazing for me. I fully expect this week to be as much fun as the last, and I can't wait to do it all over again.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I intend to do my best to continue to learn, continue to grow and continue to help everyone I can do the same. I may sound like a broken record, but I mean it, and every time I say it it sounds more and more like the truest of truths. 

This is just the beginning my friends, this year is going to be the best one yet!!!

<h3>For those of you who are unaware @Noganoo was sexually abused when he was 5 years old.  Bernie Sanders learned this from Fyrstikken whom Noganoo trusted and confided in and then was betrayed and slandered by Fyrstikken whom Noganoo brought to Steemit.  Noganoo only requested that Fyrstikken send back the 10 Bitcoins he stole from SatoshiHorizon through his “altcoin investment fund.” Noganoo stood up against Bernie's flag abuse towards SeaBlue which caused the war that you are seeing today.  Bernie swore to destroy Noganoo because Noganoo defended the helpless minnows on Steemit.  Below are just a few of the terrible insults they have spoken against this Christian man.  Please visit @Noganoo's blog and support and encourage him through these demonic attacks as his old friends have forsaken him.  Not only do these people verbally attack Noganoo but they antagonize him until he responds in anger, then they sent the FBI to his house for "threatening."  Noganoo has requested to all of the whales on steemit directly for them to speak to these 2 fraudsters and tell them to stop.  Not a word was said in one year and now he is resorting to further action.  The abuse will stop.  If you have any information as to the identity or whereabouts of BernieSanders or Pfunk please contact abuse@steem.in.  There is a substantial reward and you can remain anonymous.  Noganoo is unable to file a restraining order against these 2 until he finds their identity.  BernieSanders is a pedophile and should not be rewarded with upvotes on Steemit.</h3>

<h3>First of all let's go back to before this all started.  Noganoo was investigating the fraud and theft of 10s of millions of dollars of rewards by Donkeypong, Gavvet, Sauravrungta, HanshotFirst, Kevinwong, The-Alien, JrCornel, Sweetsssj and Knozaki2015 with their organization called "SteemGuild" where they used the Steemit Co-founder Ned's account to vote for themselves instead of the "minnows" they claimed to be supporting.  Go look at all of their current account values and you can see that over 1 year ago Noganoo was right! They paid themselves multi-millions for only a couple months of curating on Steemit. Something the rest of us do for free.  You can see that these people and their friends are the only people who have ever attacked Noganoo.  They are trying to cover up their theft.  If you go back on the blockchain you can see Noganoo's accounts previously supported most of these authors with his thousand bot voters early on in the platforms launch.  https://steemd.com/@sweet-banana?page=17   Then Noganoo called out The-Alien for his common use of the word "Motherfucker" in his fiction stories that were upvoted by their "Steemguild" to number one on trending every day to "raise money for the guild."  Fact is they stole millions of dollars.  This rebuke prevented Noganoo from ever getting an upvote from that guild which controlled over 30% of the voting power on Steemit at the time.</h3>

Here was me oblivious to the fact that there is anything specific to "learn" about crypto, or any type of *succeeding* to be getting on with.  The word witness gave me the creeps when I first came across it, Discord sounds like something I need to keep away from, but they turn out to be instrumental in getting indespensible projects like helpie off the ground. I am guessing this is all tailored to musicians but maybe there is something useful other artists need to know about?
