La avena siempre se ha caracterizado como un cereal muy predilecto por muchos, usarlo en recetas es formidable.

El cacao, su olor indescriptible y llamativo no deja de ser protagonista en diversas recetas de dulces, tortas, otros.

Hace unos meses presenté un receta de galletas de avena que su preparación es sencilla, además de los ingredientes a utilizar.
</center>

Hoy traigo la propuesta de galletas de avena con cacao, inspirada en la entrega de la amiga @escalona89, quien ofrece los ingredientes a utilizar y el proceso a seguir para realizar galletas de avena y cacao.

Como siempre escribo en esta comunidad y me refiero a la cocina como un arte, cada quien le da su toque personal y surge una nueva creación.

En esta  propuesta ofrezco  el proceso de las galletas de avena y cacao, 
realizo un cambio en vez de <em>harina de avena</em> utilizo <em><strong>avena en hojuelas</strong></em>, obteniendo un excelente resultado, el olor a cacao se dejó sentir durante el horneado en toda la casa.

2 tazas de avena en hojuelas
2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
1/2 taza de azúcar
2 huevos 
1/2 taza de aceite
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 pizca de sal

En un envase de tu preferencia mezclamos ingredientes secos: avena, cacao, azúcar, sal (la sal ya estaba incorporada con la avena)

Luego unimos todos los ingredientes, hasta formar una mezcla uniforme, como se está utilizando la avena en hojuelas, se deja por un lapso de 30 minutos tapada para que todos los ingredientes se integren en sus sabores .

Puedes usar una bandeja con papel especial para hornear, en este caso utilicé mi bandeja de cupcakes, con mantequilla y harina en cada espacio. Luego de cumplidos los 30 minutos, formé las bolitas con la mezca y aplastadas un poco, las fuí colocando una en cada espacio.

Ya en el horno (cada quen conoce su horno) calcula los minutos a cocinar...en mi caso cuando ya el olor a cacao se comienza a sentir, es señal de que están cocidas.

Then we unite all the ingredients, until a uniform mixture is formed, as the oatmeal is being used in flakes, it is left covered for a period of 30 minutes so that all the ingredients are integrated into their flavors.

You can use a tray with special baking paper, in this case I used my cupcake tray, with butter and flour in each space. After the 30 minutes had elapsed, I formed the balls with the mosca and crushed them a little, I placed them one in each space.

Once in the oven (every quen knows their oven) calculates the minutes to cook ... in my case, when the smell of cocoa begins to be felt, it is a sign that they are cooked.
