tratas de buscarle el lado positivo a la situación?</h5>

Hace 27 años , tendía a ser muy vertical, todo tenía que salir como se planificaba y si fallaba algo, el pensamiento redundante era lo malo que salió en lo planificado, nunca buscaba lo bueno de la planificación, es una tendencia humana que nos lleva sólo a ver lo negativo. Aprendí que por más pequeña que sea la actividad siempre hay que ver lo bueno que se logró, así no sea mucho.

Un <strong>7.5</strong>, porque para ser positivo inciden varios elementos para lograrlo, estos elementos son pensamientos, emociones, sentimientos, actitud, ante lo que se presenta. Hay situaciones que nos dejamos llevar y parece que no nos hacemos conscientes en ese momento.
