Yuvarlak Çay

Mugla'nin doğal ve kültürel yerlerini,  ailecek karış karış gezmeye devam ediyoruz. Gezilerimize sizlerde ortak olunca daha bir keyifli hale geliyor:) 


Yuvarlak cay, Muğla merkeze 70 km. uzaklikta bulunuyor. Köyceğiz'e bağlı  Topgözü Kanyonunda bulunan Sandras Dağının kar sularından besleniyor. Sıcak yaz günlerinde doğal serinliği ve buz gibi suyu ile  kaçış noktası haline gelmiş güzel bir yer. Sabah erken saatlerde sakin olsada öğleye doğru kalabalık giderek artmaya başlıyor. 

>Bundan 200 yıl önce bu bölgede kuraklık başlamış.  Su bulabilmek için butün köyler seferber olmuş.  Adaklar adanmış, dualar okunmuş. Topgözü'nde top patlatilmis. Büyük Çınarlarin altında şenlikler düzenlenmiş. Suyun olmayısi köylüleri birbirine daha da yakinlastirmiş. Birlik olmuşlar.  Ne bulundu ise paylaşılmis. Susuzluga bir türlü çare bulamamıslar. Bir gün tüm umitlerini kaybettiklerı sırada Topgözü nden sular fiskirmaya başlamış. Hiç durmadan akan bu su  o zamandan beri yuvarlak çay adını almış.

Ozellikle hafta sonlari diğer günlere göre  biraz daha kalabalık. Çayın  çevresinde  15 den fazla restoran işletmesi bulunuyor. Biz Yesil Vadi restorani tercih ettik. Sabahtan öğle saatine kadar kahvaltı hizmeti verilen bu restoranlarda, öğleden sonra ve akşam saatlerinde ise  alabalık ve et yemekleri sunuluyor. Sadece kahvaltı yaptığımız için yemekler hakkında fazla yorum yapamıyorum. Kahvaltısı ise çok lezzetli. Tek eksiği var o da gozleme:))) kızartma bu açığı kapatmış ama :))

Karışık kizatmanın üzerine sarımsaklı süzme yoğurt  dökülmesi ile oluşturulan yemeğe Muğla da yoğurtlamaya diyorlar.  Bütün düğünlerde keşkek ile birlikte mutlaka oluyor. Buradaki açık hava ve suyun sesinden olsa gerek yediğim en güzel yogurtlamaydı  :)))

Suyun ısısı 6 derece olduğu için;  yemekten sonra   üsümeyenler kendini çayın soğuk sularına bırakırken usuyenler sadece ayagini sokmakla yetiniyor . Tabi  üçüncü bir şık da var hiç suya değmeden suyun üzerine kurulan salıncakta sallanmak. 
Suya girebilenler genelde kısa süre içerisinde disarı çıkıyor. Suyun soğukluğuna uzun süre dayanmak mümkün değil. 
Yaz sıcaklarında doğal klimalı ortamı ile mutlaka ugranilmasi gereken bir yer olan yuvarlak çay gezimizi burada noktaliyorum.

Çayın hikayesi çok ilginç, Allah tarafından su olmayan yerde su fışkırması bir mucize. Çok güzel bir doğa, yazın serin ve buz gibi su olması da çok tercih edilmesinin nedenini açıklıyor. Emeğine sağlık güzel arkadaşım 😃 harika bir gezi yazısı olmuş. Hayat sana güzel 😄

Se nota que es una experiencia increíble y maravillosa la que estas viviendo, me llama la atención esto: Un día, mientras perdían todas sus esperanzas, el agua comenzó a brotar de Topgözü.  porque me muestra como Dios los cuida para que no les falta el liquido mas vital del mundo. .Sigue compartiendo y disfrutando de todo lo bello y sabroso que tiene nuestro planeta.
