We should be calm; we should have peace in every situation. We should not have anxiety. We should not have worries. We should be calm and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.
> **_Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV)  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God._**
**_And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus._**

There are problems. There are worries everywhere. Many troubles come our way everyday. We can be calm and remain at peace in the face of every tribulation. We can trust God and remain calm.

Our Lord Jesus Christ showed us the key. The key to remaining calm in the face of troubles. The Lord Jesus Christ prayed and made supplications. And God heard Him. The Bible says that He were a Son, He learned obedience from what He suffered.

We should pray in the face of every tribulation. We should pour our hearts in supplications unto God. We should let the tears flow unto God when we are afflicted. Let us pray.

We should also obey God. The Lord Jesus Christ obeyed the Father. He learned to obey His Father while suffering. He suffered pains everywhere. We must do the same.
