**God Cares For Me**
God cares for me. This is what the Bible tells me. The Bible tells me to cast all of my cares on God because He cares for me. The understanding that God cares for me makes me to have peace in my mind that all will be well. Because I have this peace, I do not worry and depression cannot have effect in me.

When men are bothered about so many things happening around them, they become depressed over the circumstances which they cannot change. Some of the problems that we pass through on a daily basis is enough to cause us to fear. But when we remember that God is always with us and that He is working for our good, we have this inner peace in our minds that cast away every anxiety.

The christian is one whose life is in the care of God. He wouldn't have any reason to fear or to be fearful. He should be settled upon the word of God which abides forever. The solution to depression and anxiety is to trust in God.
