4 ways to easily increase your fat burning that are backed by science!

**In this article you will find some quicktips that are easy to implement in your daily life, but have a significant impact on your health!**

**Tip 1. Drink black coffee in the morning!**

Caffeine gives a small boost to your metabolism and also provides important antioxidants! In addition, various studies show that coffee reduces the risk of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and diabetes mellitus.

Coffee of freshly ground beans works best! Do you only drink coffee with milk and sugar? Then  its better not to drink coffee if it's pure to burn fat. The Increase your metabolism is not big enough to burn the extra milk and sugar. So only black coffee to increase fat burning!

**Tip 2. Process Cayenne pepper in your food!**

Capsaicin, a compound in pepper and a widely used ingredient in slimming products, increases the burning of fat and causes muscles to go through their glycogen stores slower. Capsaicin is mainly found in hot chili peppers and is therefore easy to implement in your diet. Black pepper, cayenne pepper and chili powder should definitely be in your kitchen cabinet!
Add these herbs to several meals a day for the best effect. You can put these herbs on meat, fish or an omelette, but it is also delicious on a sandwich with chicken fillet.

Be carefull! Not every stomach is resistant to hot pepper! So start with a little bit before you process more in your food. Too much of this doesn’t work any better. Japanese researchers showed that more than 15mg per kg of body weight is not necessary.

**Powertip**: Mix Red pepper, black pepper and Curcuma. This is a power anti-oxidant mix and your body will be better able to absorb all the ingredients. 

**Tip 3. Put cinnamon on your food!**
Pakistani / American research into people with diabetes-2 showed that cinnamon lowers sugar and cholesterol levels. Research was done on different amounts (1, 3 and 6 grams), with all doses working equally well. Cinnamon also works well in people who do not have diabetes. The researchers tried it out on themselfs and saw that their blood sugar level also decreased.

In the same study, they showed that cinnamon improves the activation of insulin in the muscle cell. Lower blood sugar levels and better muscle cell uptake results in a slight increase in fat cells!

Process cinnamon in yogurt, over fruit or in a hot meal! A half teaspoon (1 gram) is already sufficient for a beneficial effect! Pay attention! Cinnamon in large amounts is toxic. Do not use too much! More than 1 gram is not required according to the investigation!

Pregnant women can not use large amounts of cinnamon, according to the Nutrition Center. Large amounts of cinnamon can damage the unborn child's brain.

Be sure to use Ceylon Cinnamon and not the cheap over the counter Cassia Cinnamon! That doesn’t work! :)

**Tip 4. The easiest and best way to lose weight: Stop drinking Soda and alcohol completely!**

Remove all Soda and alcohol from your diet and replace it with water (or green tea)!

Researchers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill conducted a major study of 318 people who were overweight and all drank at least 2 glasses of soda a day.

These persons were divided into three groups that were approximately equal. The first group exchanged soda for water, the second for light soda. A control group received intensive education, about health and diet.They got an explanation of how to read labels, about healthy weight and burning energy by movement

The subjects in the control group changed their way of life through guidance. The control group went healthier and healthier, and decreased (1.5% in 6 months). However, replacing soda with water or light soda resulted  a bigger effect!. The subjects in both groups lost 2 to 3% body weight in 6 months.

Soft drinks are so bad for you, that you lose more weight by not drinking it anymore, than living more conscious and healthier!

Good read and nice post @michael21984. The biggest reasons for increased obesity are processed foods, GMOs and soft drinks, and the last one is easiest to say no to IMO. Just a concern: what to do about staining of teeth by clack coffee, any ideas?
