Sooooooo unclear on how to vote and upvote on Steemit

I have tried pressing every tab and button available to no avail. I can see who else has voted for a post but can't see a button to vote or upvote post apart from one of my own new blogs. Can anyone enlighten me please

I think that there is only the upvote button, place left of the money . If you move the mouse over the arrow in the circle you can see that it says upvote.
