[미쉘식탁] 멕시칸화이타, 시저샐러드, 노란옥수수.

멕시칸푸드를 좋아합니다.
이탈리안, 스페인 그런 계를 다 좋아해서 오일에 구운 야채나 샐러드, 절인 올리브 다 좋아요.
종종 화이타를 해먹긴하는데, 이런저런 드라이허브에 소고기나 새우를 굽고 양파를 굽고 또띠아를 데워서 사우어크림이나 아보카도나 있으면 같이 싸먹고 말이죠. 한두번 해먹다보면 월남쌈보다 손이 덜간다고 생각하게되요.

이것저것 수입소스를 지르는게 즐겁기는한데 아직 이렇다 할 성공은 없죠. 그래도 자꾸만 사게됩니다.

이 화이타 가루도 너무나 우마미폭팔이라서 멕시코 김밥천국에 온 것 같지만 맛나게 잘 먹었습니다 라면먹듯이...

닭안심은 팬에 오일을 두르고 소금후추 뿌려 노릇하게 구워 식히고 그 팬에 양파, 피망, 버섯을 볶다가 토마토도 넣어 볶고(모두 길죽길죽 잘라서요) 식히던 닭고기를 길쭉길쭉 썰어넣어 화이타 가루를 넣어 볶습니다.
또띠아는 마른팬에 살짝만 대워주면 끝.

말하자면 그래요, 요리가 취미인 이탈리아 여자가 한국 여행을 와서 김밥천국 오무라이스를 먹는 느낌적 느낌. 음.

히히 미쉘님 식탁은 국가를 넘나드는 것 같아요. 
맛이 너무 궁금해요. 요리 관심 많은 분들은 기본적으로 
호기심도 많은 것 같아요 제 신랑도 항상 새로운 식자재 보이면
꼭 사보곤하더라구요. 전 늘 가던 길만가는데. 그 호기심에서 
요리 실력의 발전이 오는거 같아요. 멋져요.

그렇죠... 그리고 가끔 큰 봉변을 당하기도하지만 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 지금은 그래도 스킬이 좀 생겨서 어떻게든 먹을만하게 만들어내는데요, 옛날에 스킬이 없을때도 도전을 자주해서 가족들이 힘들어했죠ㅠㅠ 요리를 잘 하려면 주변인들의 인내심이 필요합니다...
