This is my entry for the Photo Quest competition, with the theme Bottle, promoted by @qurator.

Since the challenge theme was launched, the idea was already in my mind and I knew exactly what to do. The problem is that, to execute this idea, I would have to go to another city, specifically to my mother's house, since she would have the perfect bottles to be photographed.

My mother has some knickknacks, old things she likes to collect. So, even after arriving at her house, it took me some time to search for a small crate of Coca-Cola that I remembered she had. I remember these bottles from when I was a child and lived with her.

This mini crate, with 6 mini bottles, each from an Asian country, was from some Coca-Cola promotional campaign. I remember seeing some of these here in Brazil, but I never saw one like the one my mother has. I have no idea how she got it, but it has always been around somewhere.

This fact, this occasion, brought me a certain nostalgia, as it is an item that was there when I was a child and even when I look at these bottles now, I feel like opening one and having some of its Asian Coca-Cola. But we know that wouldn't be good for me.

Essa é a minha entrada para o Photo Quest competition, com o tema Garrafa, promovida pelo @qurator.

Desde que o tema do desafio foi lançado, a ideia já estava em minha mente e eu sabia exatamente o que fazer. O problema é que, para executar essa ideia, teria que ir para outra cidade, mais especificamente, à casa de minha mãe, já que ela teria as garrafas perfeitas para serem fotografadas.

Minha mãe possui algumas bugigangas, coisas antigas das quais ela gosta de colecionar. Então, mesmo depois de ter chegado à sua casa, demorei algum tempo procurando um pequeno engradado de Coca-Cola que lembrava que ela tinha. Eu me lembro dessas garrafas desde quando eu era criança e morava com ela.

Esse mini engradado, com 6 mini garrafas, cada uma de um país asiático, era de alguma campanha promocional da Coca-Cola. Eu me lembro de ter visto algumas dessas aqui no Brasil, mas nunca vi uma igual à que a minha mãe possui. Não faço a mínima ideia de como ela conseguiu isso, mas sempre esteve por ali em algum lugar.

Esse fato, essa ocasião, me trouxe uma certa nostalgia, pois é um artigo que esteve ali quando eu era criança e ainda quando olho para essas garrafas, tenho vontade de abri-la e tomar um pouco de sua Coca-Cola asiática. Mas sabemos que isso não me faria bem.
