Em ***Splinterlands*** alguns monstros são mais efetivos de acordo com o seu posicionamento. Cada posição do campo tem suas vulnerabilidades, colocar os monstros ideais para cada posição poderá trazer um melhor desempenho na batalha. 

Como sabemos, a primeira posição deve estar um monstros que suporte bem os ataques. Ali é necessário encaminhar um monstro com boa capacidade defensiva, afinal, boa parte dos ataques são direcionados para essa posição. 

*Mas e quando um tank morre, o que esperar?*

Naturalmente, o monstro da segunda posição tomará o seu lugar. Se temos um monstro com uma deficiência defensiva nessa posição, nosso time poderá ser facilmente liquidado. 

*Qual seria a solução para isso?*

Adicionar um monstro para segunda posição que seja forte o bastante para ser um futuro tank substituto é um bom começo. Podemos adcionar qualquer monstro que seja promissor para estar ali, mas monstro com a habilidade ***Reach*** https://images.hive.blog/25x25/https://images.ecency.com/DQmXqkyjQE35Eog1VbXDH4iRC5mUchzhxurMdhhSuVpER1N/image.png podem ser uma opção. Vão atacar mesmo estando na segunda posição e ocasionalmente cumprir o papel de ser um segundo tank.


Hoje vamos falar sobre o monstro ***Manticore***, um monstro que poderá suprir muito bem a segunda posição e que possui boas vantagens para as nossas batalhas. Vamos conferir?

***Manticore*** é um monstro epico do elemento Dragão. Possui ataque melee e custa apenas 4 de mana. É um monstro que possui uma boa quantidade de vida e velocidade, isso adiciona a esse monstro boas possibilidade de esquiva mesmo em seus primeiros níveis. Suas habilidades é um bom complemento para seus atributos físicos, vamos falar sobre cada uma delas a seguir:

Essas são habilidade realmente muito boas para um monstro que possa ser um Tank reserva. Esse monstro para a Liga Gold pode ser muito bem explorado, já que todas a as suas habilidades são alcançadas no nível em que essa Liga permite.


***Manticore*** é um monstro que gosto de ter como uma opção para as minhas batalhas. Algumas variáveis de batalhas fazem com que esse monstro tenha uma boa performance. 

Em partidas de pouca mana podemos contar com um monstro que possui uma boa quantidade de vida, capacidade ofensiva e até mesmo como um segundo tank se for necessário.

Se você gosta de um bom monstro e que tenha um bom desempenho para variadas regras de batalha, ***Manticore*** é um monstro que oderá suprir muito bem as mais diversas necessidades. Além de ser um monstro para disputar muito bem algumas regras de batalha, poderá contribuir ofensivamente e até mesmo defensivamente para o seu time. Tudo isso a um custo de mana muito baixo. O seu único ponto fraco na minha opinião é não possuir escudo, mas pra tantos pontos positivos esse é apenas um detalhe irrelevante.

***Manticore*** é um monstro da edição ***Reward***, possivelmente um monstros dado como recompensa a algum tempo atrás. Podemos encontrado por preços relativamente baixo e isso me surpreendeu quando fui conferir seu preço no mercado. Não só por ser um monstro antigo, mas também por ser um monstro de grande utilidade para os combates.


Podemos encontra-lo em sua versão regular à ***$2,34*** no momento que escrevo esse post, um valor que considero muito bom. Já em sua versão Gold não está tão barato, o mais barato do mercado está custando ***$156,42***.

Para essa batalha temos  29 de mana a nossa disposição, mana não vai ser um grande problema, já que a regra de batalha Little League está ativa como uma das regras de batalha. Essa será uma boa oportunidade de mostrar como  ***Manticore*** é um monstro muito forte quanto o teto de mna a ser usado é 4. Também temos como regra algo que potencializa os danos causados pela habilidade Thorns que ***Manticore*** possui. E por fim Divine Shield a todos os monstros em campo.

Eu escolho o summoner ***Daria Dragonscale*** para me auxiliar em potencia para os ataques melee de meus monstros em campo. Meu adversário opta por diminuir ataque mágico e vida de meus monstros. Não encaro esse *debuf* que meu oponente escolhe como algo que vai prejudicar. Entro para essa partida com uma boa vantagem ofensiva, espero que dê tudo certo no final!

Inicialmente os ataques esbarram em ***Divine Shield***. Nada de muito emocionante nesse primeiro round, exceto por meu time conseguir derrubar o primeiro monstro adversário.

No segundo round é que esse batalha parece ter começado de verdade. Eu consigo derrubar uma boa quantidade de monstro mais ofensivos de meu oponente. Mas por outro lado eu perco meu monstro que estava na posição de tank, esse é o momento em que ***Manticore*** entra como meu tank substituto e supri a necessidade de um novo tank pra segurar o time.

O terceiro round foi uma verdadeira carnificina. Meus monstros aniquilaram totalmente o que sobrou do time inimigo, restando apenas o ultimo que nada poderia fazer. A vitória foi minha, sem muitas emoções.

Minha estratégia foi bem sucedida nessa batalha. Eu utilizei monstros que focassem basicamente na mesma posição, mas a chave para essa vitória foi entrar em campo com um time muito ofensivo designado para eliminar os monstros ais fracos do adversário.

Não abri mão também de ter uma parte defensiva bem estruturada. o equilibrio para a parte defensiva também foi importante.


Por fim, Manticore provou sua utilidade nessa batalha, foi um bom exemplo para provar todos os pontos mencionados aqui no post de hoje.

In ***Splinterlands*** some monsters are more effective according to their positioning. Each position on the field has its vulnerabilities, placing the ideal monsters for each position can bring better performance in battle.

As we know, the first position must be a monster that withstands attacks well. There it is necessary to send a monster with good defensive capacity, after all, a good part of the attacks are directed towards this position.

*But what about when a tank dies, what to expect?*

Naturally, the second position monster will take its place. If we have a monster with a defensive deficiency in that position, our team can be easily liquidated.

*What would be the solution for this?*

Adding a second rank monster that is strong enough to be a future replacement tank is a good start. We can add any monster that is promising to be there, but monster with the ability ***Reach*** may be an option. ***Manticore*** is a legendary monster of the Dragon element. It has a melee attack and only costs 4 mana. It is a monster that has a good amount of life and speed, which adds to this monster good dodge possibilities even at its first levels. These are really good skills for a monster that can be a reserve tank. This monster for the Gold League can be very well exploited, since all of its abilities are achieved at the level that this League allows.


***Manticore*** is a monster that I like to have as an option for my battles. Some battle variables make this monster perform well.

In low mana matches we can count on a monster that has a good amount of life, offensive capacity and even as a second tank if necessary.

If you like a good monster that performs well for various battle rules, ***Manticore*** is a monster that will be able to meet the most diverse needs very well. I don't see this *debuf* that my opponent chooses as something that will hurt. I go into this match with a good offensive advantage, I hope everything works out in the end!

Initially the attacks bump into ***Divine Shield***. Nothing very exciting in that first round, except for my team taking down the first opposing monster.

In the second round, this battle seems to have really started. I can take down a good amount of my opponent's most offensive monsters. But on the other hand I lose my monster that was in the tank position, this is the moment when ***Manticore*** comes in as my replacement tank and supplies the need for a new tank to hold the team.

The third round was a veritable carnage. My monsters totally annihilated what was left of the enemy team, leaving only the last one that nothing could do. The victory was mine, without many emotions.

my strategywas successful in that battle. I used monsters that basically focused on the same position, but the key to this victory was going in with a very offensive team designed to eliminate the opponent's weaker monsters.

I also didn't give up having a well-structured defensive part. the balance for the defensive part was also important.


Finally, Manticore proved its usefulness in this battle, it was a good example to prove all the points mentioned here in today's post.
