Speed, the essential attribute!Part I [PT/EN]

 ***Olá Splinters, bem vindos novamente!***

Sabemos que em uma carta vamos encontrar alguns atributos e isso é o que pode definir a sua usabilidade dentro de uma partida  e cada uma delas possuem uma quantidade de manda que nada mais é do que o custo para ser usada. Algumas cartas não possuem ataques que são compensados por seu efeito ou uma função para uma estratégia e as que possuem ataque tem um objetivo muito simples que provavelmente você já sabe, destruir o monstro adversário! A vida e escudo podem relacionados  para a defesa e a velocidade define quem vai atacar primeiro. 

Talvez a velocidade seja o atributo menos importante na hora de selecionar as cartas para a batalha, bom, pelo menos eu nunca dei muita importância a isso por muito tempo mas depois da nova coleção ***Chaos Legion*** ter sido lançada eu me deparei com o summoner ***Kelya Frendul*** e de imediato não achei uma carta muito impressionante a primeira vista, mas eu mudei de opinião depois de um tempo.

Esse summoner além de dar proteção para todos os monstros também aumenta sua velocidade e isso se mostrou muito eficiente durante muitas batalhas que eu fiz usando a velocidade como minha principal base de estratégia. 



> *<span class="text-danger">Porque diabos a velocidade pode ser algo importante em uma batalha?</span>*

*Calma pequeno gafanhoto, eu vou explicar!*


Não vamos menosprezar o objetivo que uma carta com um bom ataque tem mas a velocidade é algo que estou levando muito em consideração ao escolher meus monstros e existem dois motivos para isso:

## 1 - <span class="text-warning">Quem ataca primeiro mata primeiro.</span>



Sim, se eu ataco primeiro eu diminuo a quantidade de monstros que meu oponente vai ter em campo e isso quer dizer que eu vou sofrer menos ataques, a cada monstro que é derrotado é um ataque a menos que vou sofrer naquele round e também no restante da batalha. Resumindo, se eu ataco primeiro e mato aquele monstro ele não me ataca (monstros mortos não atacam!😂)


## 2 - <span class="text-warning">Você não pode me alcançar!</span>


Se eu sou mais rápido que você será mais difícil de me alcançar, digo isso pois a monstros com mais velocidade que outros monstros podem esquivar de ataques e isso pode fazer uma grande diferença em um combate. 

Imagine em uma batalha que restou apenas um monstro de cada lado e eles vão se enfrentar, você tem tudo para ganhar mas a velocidade do monstro inimigo é superior, e você erra ataques seguidos e ele te vence, triste e já aconteceu comigo e talvez com você também.

Para essa parte devemos lembrar que se você enfrentar monstros com ataques mágicos a velocidade não vai fazer diferença pois eles ignoram essa ordem natural da esquiva.

Os summoners vão ser as melhores fontes de velocidade dentro de uma partida pois eles podem aumentar esse atributo em seus monstros e deixarem eles bem mais rápidos. Eu separei a baixo todos os summoners que dão velocidade:

Utilizando summoners para aumentar a velocidade de seus monstros você irá se beneficiar de ter mais velocidade além que seus monstros já possuem. Gostaria de mencionar que o summoner ***Byzantine Kitty*** adiciona ***+2*** de velocidade sendo a melhor summoner para esse fim, além de acrescentar outros dois efeitos. Perfeita.

Alguns monstros podem fazer o papel de diminuir a velocidade inimiga e isso pode virar o jogo em algumas oportunidades, melhor que ter uma boa velocidade, diminuir a do seu oponente pode ser eficaz e para isso acontecer precisamos de monstros com a habilidade ***Slow***. Abaixo separei todos os monstros com esse efeito em seu primeiro nível:

Algumas regras de batalhas dão uma dinâmica muito grande para o jogo e isso pode ser totalmente diferente do que estamos habituados em batalhas normais, a velocidade pode ser uma grande aliada em algumas regras específicas e saber usar isso a seu favor pode lhe render algumas boas vitórias:

Todos os monstros ganham a habilidade Blast e monstros conseguem causar dano em até duas cartas inimigas, então se você ataca primeiro é mais eficiente em acabar com os monstros inimigos mais rápido, se eles morrem primeiro é menos danos causados ao seus  e minha dica é que além de velocidade você use monstros com com boa saúde, ou que consigam reduzir danos.

Todos os monstros ganham a habilidade Enrage, essa habilidade concede as cartas o aumento do ataque melee e  velocidade quando o monstro sofre dano. Se você já possui monstros com boa velocidade e ataque, imagine o quanto eles pode ficar ainda mais fortes!! A velocidade pode ser muito, mas muito importante nessa regra pois a diferença de velocidade pode ser muito gritante e errar ataques vão ser comuns se você não se preparar para isso, deseje que seu adversário não pense nisso🙃.

Essa regra todos os monstros ganham a habilidade Oportunity que permitem atacar o monstro mais fraco inimigo em campo, se  você possui velocidade o suficiente para ser mais rápido para matar o monstro inimigo primeiro é um ataque a menos que irá levar, nada diferente do que já falamos acima, velocidade é sempre um atributo importante para ocasiões como essa além de ataques fortes e boa defesa. A dica para esse tipo de regra é pensar quais monstros você vai usar e possui menos vida e dar prioridade para terem mais velocidade, ou algum efeito de esquiva como Flying, Dodge e outros com a mesma função.

Sim, existe uma situação, ou melhor, uma regra de batalha do qual se você for o mais rápido você será o último atacar: ***REVERSE SPEED***

Nesse cenário esqueça tudo que foi descrito nesse post pois tudo vai funcionar pelo  inverso nessa regra, monstros com a menor velocidade atacam primeiro e têm a maior chance de evitar ataques. No mínimo irônico, divertido e dinâmico!

A velocidade apesar de ser um atributo que geralmente não causa danos diretos pode ser um grande aliado para a ofensiva permitindo atacar primeiro e na defensiva criando possibilidade para esquivas.

We know that in a card we will find some attributes and this is what can define its usability within a match and each one of them has an amount of mana that is nothing more than the cost to be used. Some cards don't have attacks that are compensated for by their effect or a function for a strategy and the ones that have attack have a very simple objective that you probably already know, to destroy the opposing monster! Life and shield can be related to defense and speed defines who will attack first.

Maybe speed is the least important attribute when it comes to selecting cards for battle, well, at least I never gave it much importance for a long time but after the new ***Chaos Legion*** set was released I I came across the summoner ***Kelya Frendul*** and immediately didn't think it was a very impressive card at first glance, but I changed my mind after a while.

This summoner, in addition to giving protection to all monsters, also increases their speed and this proved to be very efficient during many battles that I did using speed as my main strategy base.

Let's not discount the objective that a card with a good attack has but speed is something I'm taking a lot of consideration for when choosing my monsters and there are two reasons for that:


## 1 - <span class="text-warning">First strike kills first.</span>



Yes, if I attack first I decrease the amount of monsters my opponent will have on the field and that means I will suffer fewer attacks, every monster that is defeated is one less attack that I will suffer in that round and also in the rest of the battle. In short, if I attack first and kill that monster it doesn't attack me (dead monsters don't attack!😂)


## 2 - <span class="text-warning">You can't reach me!</span>


If I'm faster than you it will be harder to reach me, I say that because monsters with more speed than other monsters can dodge attacks and that can make a big difference in combat.

Imagine in a battle that only one monster is left on each side and they will face each other, you have everything to win but the enemy monster's speed is superior, and you miss consecutive attacks and it beats you, sad and it has happened to me and maybe to you too.

For this part we must remember that if you face monsters with magic attacks the speed will not make a difference as they ignore this natural order of dodging.

By using summoners to speed up your monsters you will benefit from having more speed beyond what your monsters already have. Some monsters can play the role of decreasing the enemy's speed and this can turn the game around in some opportunities, better than having a good speed, decreasing your opponent's speed can be effective and for that to happen we need monsters with the skill ***Slow ***.
