Glad to see the change up in how you presented this. It might seem like semantic nonsense, but plagiarism is a bit of a different beast than ripping someone off. Both suck, but one is way worse than the other. 

On a platform like this, I think this is necessary. Especially if we want to onboard the best talent from around the world.
