Hola cómo están todos? Hoy quiero compartirles una experiencia diferente, ya que subimos una montaña en mi ciudad natal con unos amigos que tenía mucho tiempo sin ver y que además también son hivers!

> Hello, how are you all? Today I want to share with you a different experience, since we climbed a mountain in my hometown with some friends that I had not seen for a long time and who are also hivers!

Nos conocimos y nos hicimos casi una familia en Coro, ya que todos llegamos a vivir juntos, aunque sea por un corto periodo de tiempo, ahora vuelven a San Cristóbal para hacer las rotaciones intrahospitalarias y volvimos a juntarnos!

> We met and became almost a family in Coro, since we all came to live together, even for a short period of time, now they return to San Cristóbal to do the intra-hospital rotations and we got together again!

## <center>Montaña la Z / Z Mountain</center>

Esta montaña está ubicada en San Cristóbal, en la parte noreste de la ciudad, se ubica a unos 1500 metros sobre el nivel del mar y recibe su nombre debido a que camino principal es como ir en zigzag, tal cual como una "Z".

> This mountain is located in San Cristóbal, in the northeast part of the city, it is located about 1500 meters above sea level and receives its name because the main road is like going in a zigzag, just like a "Z".

A medida que subimos, podemos ver "diferentes atajos" para hacer el camino más corto, pero que exigirán mucho más tus condiciones físicas, por lo que en ciertas zonas hay que "escalar", así que lo mejor es hacer el camino completo si es la primera vez que subimos.

> As we go up, we can see "different shortcuts" to make the shortest path, but that will demand much more your physical conditions, so in certain areas you have to "climb", so it is best to do the entire path if it is the first time we go up.

La naturaleza te rodea por todo el camino, puedes respirar aire muy puro e incluso puedes ver diferentes tipos de vegetaciones y animales, como está polilla que nos encontramos en una sección que le llaman "el bosque", por lo frondoso de los árboles y lo fresco y húmedo que se siente mientras pasas por ese pasaje.

> Nature surrounds you all the way, you can breathe very pure air and you can even see different types of vegetation and animals, such as this moth that we find in a section that they call "the forest", because of the lushness of the trees and the cool and wet you feel as you pass through that passage.

La cima de la montaña parece una meseta, siendo un mirador excelente de la ciudad, además de que corre una brisa deliciosa ideal para descansar un poco de todo el esfuerzo hecho.

> The top of the mountain looks like a plateau, being an excellent viewpoint of the city, in addition to a delicious breeze, ideal to rest a little from all the effort made.

El descenso fue la parte más demandante de la experiencia, hay varios caminos para escoger y no se porque escogimos el mas dificil (esta foto fue apenas comenzando el descenso, por eso ven mi cara de felicidad sin mucho sudor en mi frente).

> The descent was the most demanding part of the experience, there are several paths to choose from and I don't know why we chose the most difficult one (this photo was just beginning the descent, that's why you see my happy face without much sweat on my forehead).

El camino fue de unos 25 minutos, pero a medida que íbamos bajando se volvía más complicado y el suelo más resbaladizo, habían árboles caídos y otros con espinas con los que teníamos que tener cuidado.

> The path was about 25 minutes, but as we went down it became more complicated and the ground more slippery, there were fallen trees and others with thorns that we had to be careful with.

Al final del descenso llegamos a unos pozos y cascadas, en los que nos bañamos por unos minutos, ya que el agua estaba muy fría, y para sobre todo quitarnos el exceso de barro, sobre todo yo que me llene de barro hasta en los calzoncillos, jajaja.

> At the end of the descent we reached some wells and waterfalls, in which we bathed for a few minutes, since the water was very cold, and above all to remove excess mud, especially me that I get muddy even in my underwear, jajaja.
