Hay algunas formas importantes en las que correr o trotar desempeña un papel importante en nuestra vida saludable actual. La mayoría de las personas pasan por alto correr o trotar como poco importante para la salud o no vital para la salud, sin saber que el cuerpo necesita ejercicio como correr y trotar por muchas razones, algunas de las cuales las enumeraré a continuación son

There are some major ways Running or Jogging plays important role in our healthy living today. Most people overlook running or jogging as un important to the health or not vital to the health, not knowing the body needs exercise like running and jogging for some many reasons, some which I will be listing them down below are;

1. Mejorar la resistencia cardiorrespiratoria; Correr y trotar ayuda a mejorar los órganos respiratorios y también a mejorar la respiración sana y duradera al aumentar la ingesta de oxígeno para ayudar a realizar actividades físicas sin estrés. También juega un papel vital para ayudar a mejorar los pulmones. 
2. Reduce el riesgo de cáncer; El rendimiento atlético, como correr y trotar, ayuda a reducir el riesgo de cáncer en el cuerpo, al ayudar a regular las hormonas para reducir el riesgo en el sistema inmunológico. Correr también ayuda a matar las células cancerosas en las primeras etapas.
 3. Ayuda a controlar el nivel de Azúcar (Diabetes); correr y trotar ayudan a liberar el exceso de insulina en el cuerpo, para reducir el riesgo de diabetes y sus complicaciones, es recomendable trotar regularmente para prevenir la diabetes o reducirla. 
4. Mejora la resistencia cardiovascular; Correr y trotar ayuda a regular los vasos sanguíneos y la presión, y reduce el riesgo de enfermedades cardíacas. Los investigadores descubrieron que es la mejor manera de mejorar el funcionamiento eficaz del corazón. 
5. Mejora los tejidos musculoesqueléticos; Salud para trotar y correr para presumir de los músculos del cuerpo mejorando la fuerza muscular. 
6. Correr y trotar también ayuda a mejorar el cerebro 
7. Correr y trotar también ayuda a quemar colesterol alto o grasas altas en el cuerpo.

2. Reduces Risk of Cancers; Athletic performance like running and jogging helps to reduce the risk of cancers in the body, by helping to regulate hormones to reduce the risk on the immune systems. Running also helps to kill cancer cells at early stages. 
3. Helps control Sugar level (Diabetes); running and jogging help release the excess insulin in body, to reduce the risk of diabetes and it’s complications, it is advisable to jog regularly to prevent diabetes or reduce it 
4. Improves cardiovascular endurance; Running and jogging helps to regulate the Blood vessels and pressure, and reduces the risk of heart diseases. Researchers discovered it is the best way for improving the heart functioning effectively. 
5. Improves the muscular skeletal tissues; Jogging and Running health to Boast the muscles of the body by improving the muscular strength 
6. Running and jogging also help improves the Brain 
7. Running and Jogging also helps to Burn high cholesterol or high Fats in the body.

Mi consejo para los que no son velocistas es alentarlos, basándose en estos resultados positivos y posibilidades, a recoger sus zapatos y a trotar o correr, para tener un cuerpo y un estilo de vida saludables libres de enfermedades o dolencias del cuerpo. Todas las imágenes de CANVA y PIXABAY.

My advice for non sprinters is to encourage you based on this positive outcomes and possibilities to pick up you shoe and jogging or running, to have a healthy body and lifestyle free from sickness or illness of the body.
