There were times when I was tiny, back then, that our families, I mean my brother, sister and dad with my mom, would sit on the dining table to talk about how our day went and the experiences we had back then. Looking at my dad's face during this moment felt so real because I could see his happy face, and how he even felt more comfortable talking to me.

When I am married, this is one habit I will always hold on to, because this helps to build that bond we have with people and also share our feelings and thoughts with them. Eating together at the dining table is one underrated family unity bond that brings parents and children together. 

In today's world, it is easier to eat under the same roof with family and feel disconnected, not because they willingly want to, but because of technological advancements. Back then, in those ages, family and neighbours were the closest we could get to communicate, but in today's world, technology brings people from different countries that we have not even seen or heard about before. I have seen families where the mother and father barely know anything about their children, not that they don't want to, but there is often a disconnection in the conversations, and I don't blame them, actually.

Family meals together help to build family bonds; it does not just have to be random passing talks. When you get to eat together, we get to look at each other's faces and observe what we need to know and do to make the right steps or approaches. I enjoy watching movies where the dining table looks great and fine. 

I feel families that eat together have a tendency to build more family closeness and bond together. This is what keeps us growing and learning, also from their own mistake, so as not to take their negative steps but their positive steps to be successful and make the right decisions in life. 

FAMILY dinners are more important than we can ever imagine. When I grow up and get married, I will make sure to build close bonds with my FAMILy and my children so they may feel very comfortable at home with me and no secrets. Dinner togethers can help correct a lot of mistakes early so as not to get lost in life. 

It's my dream as a father to build closeness with my children, especially my daughters. I will love to make them feel comfortable and happy and share every lovely experience with them for them to feel happy and blessed. 

This I can say is one habit my parent stopped and made us limited to sharing our experience together because we no longer have time to sit together and share our opinions about things, and this has caused less closeness between us, even though we still live under the same roof, but are limited in conversations.
