Está buenísima la rutina, e incluso para más avanzados también está bastante bien, solo es cuestión de añadirle más dificultad 🔥.

Aunque yo al inicio intentaba hacer este tipo de rutinas nunca las completaba 🤣 me moría a mitad de la rutina, pero eso ya pasó a la historia 💪
