# <center> ¿Cuál es la planta medicinal que utilizas o utilizan en tu hogar con frecuencia? || What is the medicinal plant that you use or they use in your home frequently?  </center> 

Para comenzar quiero aclarar que yo crecí sin tener NI IDEA de las multiples bondades que muchas de las plantas que estaban en casa (casa de mis padres)  tenian,  solo les puedo asegurar de una que siempre he tenido conocimiento de ella y de todas sus bondades,  y es la Sabila o Aloe Vera,  desde muy chiquita en mi casa mi madre nos preparaba remedios para la gripe que entre los ingredientes principales estaba la sabila,  y ella aseguraba que esta planta nos iba a sacar toda la flema,  y pues realmente asi era,  se nos aflojaba TODO jaja y nos sonaba ese pecho de lo mas bello 😂 pero de verdad luego de salir toda eda flema,  nos sentiamos mejor,  asi que yo crecí creyendo muchisimo en esta planta.

 Entre sus multiples bondades tambien ayuda con las manchas,  y recuerdo una vez que me quemé toda la pierna derecha friendo un pastelito😂 me cayó el aceite en la pierna,  y me quedo la super marca, yo para este entonces era adolescente y usaba muchas minifaldas y shorts,  asi que estaba traumada con aquella marca,  entonces mi mamá me dijo,  corta una penca de sabila,  y usa un pedacito cada noche, previamente bien lavado y aplicalo sobre la pierna,  y te lo sacas el dia siguiente,  asi lo hice religiosamente durante 2 semanas y la mancha se fue,  asi que desde ahi le tengo muchisima de cuando de manchas se trata.

Pero como les dije yo no tenia idea de todas plantas medicinales que tenia cerca,  hasta que me mudé con mi esposo,  y por aca comencé a escuchar de el famoso malojillo por ejemplo, en mi casa siempre hubo y yo no supe de su existencia hasta estar aqui jeje esta planta es super buena para hacer infusiones y aliviar el malestar de gripe,  y ademas de tener un sabor tolerable para el paladar,  me encanta como huele cuando se está haciendo el tesito. ☺️☺️ Lo que tambien usamos mucho es el Oregano chiquito,  que tambien le agregamos al tecito de malojillo y la gripe mejora muchisimo en menos de una semana,  una vez listo el te,  le ponemos media cucharada de miel y medio limón, y queda super rico,  ademas de que nos ayuda dormir super delicioso 😋😂

# <center> ¿Compartirías una historia o anécdota con alguna planta medicinal? || Would you share a story or anecdote with any medicinal plant? </center> 

Otra de las plantas que usamos en casa es la Libertadora,  esta planta de Hojas grandes y duras ha sido una maravilla cuando de propiedad antinflamatorias se trata,  se que tienen otros beneficios pero hoy quiero hablarles de 2 anecdotas en las que me sirvió muchismo esta hoja,  la primera es que una vez tenia un dolor de muela SUPER fuerte,  era insoportable,  y ya las pastillas no me hacias nada,  me agarraba para la cabeza,  era horrible y mi mamá me dijo "agarra una hoja,  pasala varias veces por la candela y te la pones del lado que te duele" y asi lo hice (ni idea de porque la candela jaja)  pero asi lo hice y Dios mio,  se me pasó el dolor,  segun mi madre ayudó a que se me saliera el frio,  no lo se,  pero si se me fue el dolor

Y la segunda fue que a mi esposo le salio un absceso en la nalga, y lo tenia super grande,  tomando antibioticos y demas,  y nada que le salia la punta,  porque esto hay que sacarlo,  de recordarlo me da de todo jeje pero bueno el caso es que tomé una de estas hojitas,  la pasé por la candela y se la puse en la nalga,  al dia siguiente se la quitó y se le habia super recogido la pelota,  y ya tenia la punta,  eso si,  el area estaba sumamente caliente,  casi a punto de explotar,  asi que llegue yo, y saqué todo aquello😱😱 por suerte no olía mal,  pero bueno ya en 2 dias no tenia nada jeje asi que esta es otra plantita que les super recomiendo para casos similares.  Y asi le doy fin a esta entrada🥰
