Hola hola amigos comelones 🥰 saludos a todos por acá,  hoy quiero compartirles una receta que surgió de unas ganas infinitas de comer pasticho 🤤 pero bueno ppr una cosa u otra nunca he logrado tener toooodos los ingredientes,  la vez pasada que hice,  hace algunos meses la verdad jaja fue porque poco a poco fuí comprando,  bueno esta vez no logré tenerlo todo,  pero el deseo de comer pasticho era gigante y me invente una pasta al horno muy similar al pasticho y quiero compartirla con ustedes ☺️ quien quita y haya alguien igual que yo,  y esto le mate un poco el antojo jeje asi que aqui voy👇👇

***Ingredientes***
500gr de Carne molida
200gr de Pasta de Tomate
2 Cebollas
1 Berenjena 🍆 
1 Zanahoria 
600ml de leche
1 Cucharada de Mantequilla
2 Cucharadas de Harina de trigo
Nuez moscada 
1/2 kilo de Pasta

500gr ground beef
200gr of Tomato Paste
2 Onions
1 Eggplant 🍆 1 
1 carrot 
600ml milk
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Nutmeg

Okey lo primero que hice,  fue montar agua con un poco de sal para la pasta,  asi ya estaria fria al momento de tener mi carne lista

El siguiente paso fue comenzar a picar y rallar lo que necesitaria para la carne, comencé con las cebollas que pique en cuadritos para luego sofreirlas en un poco de aceite

Ya estando bien muerta mi cebolla agregué la carne y empecé a desintegrarla para esperara que soltara toda su sangre,  ya luego de que quede bien seca agregué la zanahoria que habia rallado previamente y la berenjena que habia picado en cuadritos pequeños,  revolví un poco y esperé unos dos minutos

El siguiente paso fue agregar la pasta de tomate,  yo usé esta marca porque me encanta como pone la salsa bien espesa jeje ademas de que le da un sabor riquisimo,  obvio tiene glutamato monosodico jaja pero bueno de vez en cuando no hace daño,  agregué la mitad de la lata que son 200gr,  junto a un poco de agua hasta que se tapara la carne,  agregué una cucharadita de sal,  un poco de Oregano y tapé para dejar que se cocinara

Mientras estaba la carne lista,  realicé la salsa bechamel,  y para esto coloque la cucharada de mantequilla junto a la harina de trigo a cocinar a fuego bajo,  y seguidamente agregue la leche y nuez moscada,  revolví todo, junto a un toque de sal tambien,  cuando comenzo a espezar un poco,  la apagué,  y ya teniendo todo listo el siguiente paso es armar mi pasticho que no es pasticho jeje

Comence agregando un poco de mantequilla en el fondo de la bandeja,  luego un poco de bechamel,  una capa de pasta,  una de carne (que moví la camara y no se capturó bien -.-) Y luego salsa y queso,  repetí el proceso dos veces y finalicé con un poco de queso,  no quise abusar del queso ya que estaba Muuuuuy salado y no queria que me dañara mi paladar jeje el ultimo paso fue llevar la pasta al horno unos 25minutos y listo

Este es el resultado final👇👇no les puedo contar lo RICAAAA que me quedó🤤🤤 de verdad,  al menos neutralicé un poco mi antojo de pasticho jejeje asi que espero tambien se animen y les guste tanto como a  nosotros🥰

Se ve y me imagino delicioso que estaba. 

En mi cumpleaños mi mamá también lo hizo así, pero con pasta larga y quedo buenísimo. 

A veces prepara uno pequeño para el almuerzo en casa, es una excelente opción.  

Todos los materiales del pasticho sale más costoso, como el jamón, la pasta de pasticho y el queso mozzarella y parmesano. 


De esta manera igual uno está comiendo pasticho jejeje. Te quedo espectacular amiga @milagrosmhbl

Mozzarella 🤤🤤 como me hubiese gustado ponerle!!  Pero bueno con mi quesito duro no quedo mal jaja

No será el propio pasticho pero se ve divino, mientra sea pasta, lleve salsa y sea al horno para mi será pasticho o bueno una pasa al horno, como sea se ve bueno ♥️
