Hola amigos feliz de poder estar una vez más por aquí y compartir con ustedes. El día de hoy quería comentarles que en nuestro país existen grandes exponentes e intérpretes del canto que muchas veces no conocemos, porque a estos no se le ha dado el reconocimiento que se merecen.

 La música nos une y es algo muy bonito y maravilloso, a través de la música he llegado a conocer grandes maestros, que con sus vivencias y experiencia te ayudan aprender y a crecer. Escucharlos es una experiencia muy agradable y enriquecedora, es por ello que mis amigos al comentarme que tenían como vecino al maestro Pedro Liendo me decían que escucharlo era una experiencia muy bonita, y que les gustaría planificar un conversatorio donde el pudiera contar su experiencia como cantante y sus vivencias, me gustó mucho la idea y les dije que de hacerlo me avisaran que yo me anotaba para esa actividad. Es por ello que El sábado tuve la oportunidad de estar en el conversatorio con el Maestro Pedro Liendo, quien es un personaje de Honor en la universidad de las artes, donde estudio, El maestro Pedro fue en los años 1960 un gran intérprete del canto Lirico, Su estupenda voz los llevo a grandes escenarios por Europa, pasando por Praga, parís, Austria, entre muchos otros lugares.

Listening to them is a very pleasant and enriching experience, that is why my friends told me that they had Pedro Liendo as a neighbor and that listening to him was a very nice experience, and that they would like to plan a conversation where he could tell his experience as a singer and his experiences, I really liked the idea and I told them to let me know that I would sign up for that activity. That is why on Saturday I had the opportunity to be in the conversation with Maestro Pedro Liendo, who is a character of honor at the University of the Arts, where he studied. Maestro Pedro was in the 1960's a great interpreter of lyric singing, his great voice took him to great stages in Europe, passing through Prague, Paris, Austria, among many other places. 


 Nos contó que nació en Higuerote, y que su primer trabajo lo realizo a la edad de  los 8 años como pregonero, vendiendo periódicos al tener que trabajar desde muy pequeño nos cuenta que descuido mucho sus estudios, por lo que el mismo se considera una persona autodidacta ya que al trabajar como pregonero vendiendo periódico aprendió a leer solo, ya que él tenía que leer la portada de los periódicos para poderlos vender,  cuando tenía  14 años apenas estaba  cursaba 6to grado de educación primaria, su maestra de 6to Grado lo incentivo a estudiar canto ella vio en el talento pero al hacer la prueba de canto en la escuela  preparatoria de Música que dirigía en aquel entonces  Juan Bautista Plaza  reprobó el examen.

Otros de los trabajos que tuvo siendo apenas un adolescente fue limpia botas, ya a la edad de 16 años se dedicó a trabajar haciendo latonería y pintura, trabajando allí su jefe estudiaba canto en la escuela de música y le comento, Pedro tu siempre estas cantando y tienes muy buena voz le pregunto qué  porque él no estudiaba canto en la escuela de música, él le comenta que él había hecho la audición y lo habían rechazado, él le dijo yo te llevo y te voy a llevar  con mi maestro Ángel Sauce,  vas a ver que si te van aceptar le vuelven hacer la audición y esta vez sí lo aceptan, y así comenzó su  primer año de música su nota fue 19, el resto de los años fueron 20.

Estando en el coro de la escuela que dirigía Ángel Sauce, él me dijo muchacho tú tienes muy buena voz yo quiero que te metas en el coro que yo dirijo, que se llama La Coral Venezuela tenía en ese entonces casi 17 años. Su Maestro Ángel Sauce le da para la época de Navidad un solo que se llama ¡Tun, Tun! ¿Quién Es? luego de éxito con el solo del ¡Tun, Tun! ¿Quién Es?, su maestro le ofreció un solo que decía lo iba a consagrar le dio el solo de una pieza que se llama sancocho e huesito, que fue todo un éxito para la coral y para él, Termina sus estudios en la escuela a la edad de 19 años.

His teacher Angel Sauce gives him for Christmas time a solo called "Tun, Tun! Who is it?" after success with the solo of "Tun, Tun! Who is it?", his teacher offered him a solo that he said was going to consecrate him, he gave him the solo of a piece called "sancocho e huesito", which was a success for the choir and for him. He finished his studies at school at the age of 19 years old.

Desde entonces el canto lo llevo a grandes escenarios, ganando numerosos concursos y festivales de canto. 
Para él maestro el canto no es lírico ni popular el canto es uno solo, es la máxima expresión emotiva del ser humano, el canto es lo que le ha permitido al ser humano expresar todos sus sentimientos, ya sea tristeza o alegría.
Su historia de vida me pareció muy bonita, porque fue como ver una película de superación, pasar de ser muy pobre a vivir una buena vida y cantar en grades escenarios reconocidos mundialmente.

>Since then, singing has taken him to great stages, winning numerous competitions and singing festivals. 
For him, singing is not lyrical or popular, singing is only one, it is the maximum emotional expression of the human being, singing is what has allowed the human being to express all his feelings, whether sadness or joy.
I found his life story very beautiful, because it was like watching a movie about overcoming poverty, going from being very poor to living a good life and singing on world renowned stages.
