Hi everyone! I exercised in the morning. I had a 30-minute walk. Then abdominal exercise by using a equipment that supports my back. I watered the indoor plants. I cleaned our room. I walked in going to my work place and in going home. I prepared the table. I washed the dishes. I cleaned the kitchen.
