Si bien es cierto que me gusta promover un estilo de vida saludable, donde la alimentación sea balanceada, asi como la  importancia del  ejercicio como un hábito que nos trae un sin fin de beneficios a nuestra salud, también me caracterizo por no se extremista,  porque ¿A quien no le gusta la comida rápida o chatarra? Y eso no está mal, lo malo sería comerla todos los días, así que yo también disfruto de ella junto a mi familia de vez en cuando como lo es en esta ocasión y para realizarlas necesite poco ingrediente tales como:

• Pan para hamburguesas.
• 400 gramos carne molida de res.
• 2 dientes de ajo.
• 1  cebolla.
• 1/2 pimentón verde.
• 1 huevo.
• sal, adobo y pimienta al gusto.
• lechuga.
• tomate.
• salsa de tomate, mayonesa y mostaza.
• 5 papas grandes.

Porción para 6 hamburguesas.

1.| Inicie aliñando la carne, así que para ello tome los dientes de ajo, la mita de cebolla y el pimenton verde y procedí a rallarlos (ante solía picar estos aliños sin embargo tanto a mi esposo como hija no le gustan encontrar trocitos de aliños en su carne así que rallarlos es mi manera de agregarlos ahora a la carne), seguidamente agregué el huevo y las especias al gusto (sal, adobo y pimienta) una vez con todos los ingredientes listos, procedí a integrarlos muy bien entre sí,y ahora ya tenemos lista nuestra carne para reservar hasta cuando vayamos a realizar las carnes de nuestras hamburguesas.

2.| Lo siguiente fue tomar las papas, pelarlas y cortarlas, mientra hacia esto puse a fuego medio bajo a calentar el aceite para así iniciar a freírlas a penas estuviesen listas.

4.| Mientras tanto era tiempo de lavar y cortar la lechuga, tomate y cebolla, para que la momento de que las papas y la carne estén lista poder armar las hamburguesas de manera inmediata por comerlas y disfrutarlas calientes.

5.| Estando todo listo, solo faltaba armas las hamburguesas, eso siempre ha sido lo más sencillo, ya que iniciamos cortando el pan por el medio,  agregando la lechuga en la base, la pieza de carne, tomate, cebolla y en la otra tapa del pan las  salsas, en este caso solo utilizamos las 3 clásicas que es la salsa de tomate, mayonesa y mostaza.

Una hamburguesa bastante sencilla de realizar, hay muchas otras cosas que se le pueden agregar dependiendo del gusto de cada persona ya que es una comida rápida bastante versátil, está puede variar bastante, hay quienes le colocan jamón,tocineta,queso amarillo,huevo entre otros ingredientes así como muchas más variedad de salsas, en nuestro caso fue más una hamburguesa clásica o sencilla acompañada de papas fritas que a consideración de mi persona no pueden faltar ya que son el dúo perfecto,  así que este fue nuestro almuerzo familiar en esta ocasión, perfecto para un día del fin de semana donde lo que se busca es estar relajado y disfrutando en familia.
