Hace unos días atrás les comenté que este mes retomaría hacer ejercicios nuevamente desde de tanto tiempo ya que mi recuperación post parto ha sido un éxito y ya es tiempo de volver a entrenar este cuerpo 😸 para fortalecer los músculos y decirle a adiós a la flacidez que nos genera el periodo de embarazo, ¿si me preguntan que es lo más difícil de entrenar para mí? Les diré que es comenzar hacer ejercicios ya que estos primeros días el cuerpo pasa por un proceso, donde posterior al ejercicio todos te duele y es cuestión de días y seguir entrenado para que pase esta etapa... que para mí considero es la más fastidiosa, lo que me gusta de este nuevo comienzo es que lo estoy haciendo de la mano de una coach y sus rutinas diarias es bastante variada ✨💓😊 así que voy calentando motores comenzando a trabajar con poco peso espero ir aumentando esto progresivamente, 
sin más  gracias a todos por su tiempo, atención, apoyo y comentarios será hasta un próximo post.

I will tell you that it is to start doing exercises since these first days the body goes through a process, where after the exercise everyone hurts and it is a matter of days and continue training to pass this stage ... that for me I consider is the most annoying, what I like about this new beginning is that I am doing it hand in hand with a coach and her daily routines is quite varied ✨💓😊 so I'm warming up engines starting to work with little weight I hope to increase this progressively,
