**Hola queridos Hivers**. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo difícil que a veces resulta conseguir algo en nuestro país Venezuela, no solo por la escasez de algunos productos, si no porque además algunas personas no tienen la empatía necesaria para lidiar con el público.
Les cuento que hace un par de meses mi novio me enseñó a hacer *bombones*, así que después de eso decidimos hacerlos no solo para disfrutarlos en casa si no también para vender. Pero ahora tomamos la iniciativa de hacer barras de chocolates, por lo que necesitamos un molde para esto.
Comprar la cobertura para hacer los chocolates fue toda una aventura, tardamos más de cinco horas en ir hasta la tienda y regresar a casa, pues queda bastante retirado el sitio donde compramos, pero además se suma el hecho de que estamos en cuarentena y es más difícil trasladarse de un lugar a otro (Cumpliendo con las medidas).

Después de tener la cobertura, solo hacía falta el molde, así que hoy en la mañana yo salí a comprarlo, porque sabía dónde conseguirlo y queda cerca de mi casa.
Pensé que sería un visita rápida a la tienda de repostería, pero me llevé una gran sorpresa cuando al llegar allá, la vendedora me dijo que el molde que yo necesitaba **estaba agotado**, así que amablemente le pregunté: "si podía buscar alguno parecido o que me permitiera buscarlo yo misma", pues en la tienda habían más de tres cajas llenas de diferentes moldes, *pero esta se negó a dejarme buscar y de su **"esfuerzo por atenderme"** solo dos moldes diferentes me mostró, pero ninguno se asemejaba a lo que yo estaba buscando*.
Por lo tanto salí de la tienda y comencé a caminar por todos los rincones conocidos y desconocidos, pero en ninguna parte conseguía lo que necesitaba. *Después de ir a más de 10 tiendas y recorrer un largo camino, ya casi me daba por vencida*, cuando pasé nuevamente frente a la primera tienda, en dónde la chica me había dicho que estaba agotado el molde y decidí volver a preguntar.

>I thought it would be a quick visit to the bakery, but I was very surprised when I got there, the saleswoman told me that the mold I needed **was out of stock**, so I kindly asked her: "if I could look for something similar or if she would allow me to look for it myself", because in the store there were more than three boxes full of different molds, *but she refused to let me look and from her **"effort to serve me "** only two different molds showed me, but none of them were similar to what I was looking for*.
>So I left the store and started walking around all the known and unknown corners, but nowhere was I getting what I needed. *After going to more than 10 stores and walking a long way*, I almost gave up, when I passed the first store again, where the girl had told me that the mold was sold out and I decided to ask again.

Pero está vez ya no estaba solo la chica, había una Sra mayor que creo es la dueña del lugar, así que fui con ella y volví a preguntar por el molde que necesitaba, pero de una vez la chica que me había atendido temprano respondió que no había disponible. Por lo que le dije a la sra que por favor revisara a ver si había alguno parecido y esta amablemente tomó las cajas y comenzó a buscar una por una y *mi sorpresa fue que sí había había el molde*.
**En el instante me emocioné porque había encontrado lo que llevaba toda la mañana buscando pero unos segundos después sentí un poco de molestia ya que había perdido el tiempo buscando algo que siempre estuvo allí y que por apatía y falta de ética no había sido encontrado oportunamente**.
Al final lo importante es que sí conseguí lo que buscaba y ahora podemos disfrutar de unos ricos chocolates con maní.
>But this time the girl was no longer alone, there was an old lady who I think owns the place, so I went with her and asked again for the mold I needed, but once the girl who had attended me early answered that it was not available. So I told the lady to please check to see if there was one that looked like it and she kindly took the boxes and started looking one by one and ? my surprise was that there was the mold.
>**At that moment I was excited because I had found what I had been looking for all morning but a few seconds later I felt a little bothered because I had wasted my time looking for something that was always there and that due to apathy and lack of ethics had not been found in a timely manner**.
In the end the important thing is that I did get what I was looking for and now we can enjoy some nice chocolates with peanuts.

*Siempre he creído que debemos hacer las cosas con amor, dedicación y compromiso, trabajar con público no es algo para lo que todos están preparados, ya que a muchos les cuesta lidiar con las exigencias de otras personas, pero si decidimos hacerlo, tengamos la mejor disposición de hacer las cosas bien. Es muy grato comprar en un lugar donde te sientes bien atendido*.
