As the practice game and tune up game already been done, it seems that Tim Cone's assessment to the team still not what he wanted it to be but he needs to build up more improvement to be able to reach his goal on forming a more better and quality team. Tim Cone is really keen into details and he wants that those things should be shared and build up on each of the players to be able to achieve the best quality he could get.

With some limited time to do practice, Tim Cone already been creating a master plan how he could developed and provide the best and the needed practice for the national team. He wants them to maintain more focus and play as one real team and not just a collection of great players from different teams in Philippine Basketball instead he want them to develop each others potential to be able to create good strategy and understanding on all players.

The national team won with the Alab Pilipinas with a slight victory and Tim Cone wants to achieve more than that on their next match this coming Monday. Building a more better team would be hard but its achievable. I think Tim Cone has something in his mind to be able to maximize the full potential of his created national team and be ready for SEA Games.
