_What's up guys?_

_I know I know...markets are bleeding, and those of us who have invested in crypto anytime during 2018 have probably witness their portfolio shrink at least 30% ( this is probably a modest estimation )._

_Being a Steemit member for 10 full months now, I've witnessed both, the joy and the positive aura when price was sitting at 5+$ and losing their faith in crypto ( by some members )._

_But hey...what goes up rapidly, must at some point go back down. And while markets are still trying to balance, some of us seem to forget a very important thing. We are not just bloggers / vloggers / investors. We are also **miners.** That's right. Every single day, either by upvoting or even by doing nothing, our accounts keep mining steem tokens. And that alone is pretty revolutionary considering what you have to do in order to mine some of the other currencies..._

_Steem's price is at its lowest level since the day I joined the platform, but at the same time a 1$ payout makes your account grow by almost 2 SP after curation._

_It is also true that this drop in steem's price made our votes seem worthless ( unless of course if you belong to the high dolphin / whale level, but still this is the time to accumulate as much steem tokens as you possibly can. And if you are not willing to invest by your own pocket, then you have to invest your time..._

_So instead of wining, use your creativity and post more. You can blog about anything. There are no limitations. Just use your imagination or share your personal experiences or write about whatever the hell makes you feel good, but don't you dare to quit. This is the time to push even more and be present, and you will enjoy the fruits of your efforts in the years to come..._
